The first two mod I ran it with gave it the same crash, but when I ran it without those two mods the same thing happened. I'm gonna start looking for RAM errors
Edit: Found an error indicating it was likely a corrupted chunk and deleted my world save, it's running now. Gonna continue testing.
Upon removing certain mods, I got it to begin launching the world. The first time when I was using a new world save, it got to 'preparing spawn area 4%' before stopping for a while (long enough to autosave the world) before getting an exception, causing it to crash. The crash report lists it as, again, an exception in server tick loop. I attempted to run it on a previous, vanilla-generated backup world, and it did the same thing. I'm beggining to think my server doesn't have enough RAM, but I'm running one world, no plugins, a handful of mods, and obviously no players. Any ideas?
Post has been edited accordingly. The crash report marks it down as an "Exception in server tick loop." I've researched this and found that it's supposedly due to a corrupted json file, deleted all of my json files, and still have the same error. New crash reports also display the same error.
So, I recently swapped my server over to modded. Backed up the world save, removed it from the FTP files, and did the full process to swap it over to custom forge. I've been having problems launching it, and so far have gotten it to this point, removing a couple of error-causing problems but only really extending the length of time before the process restarts.
The crash report lists it as an "Exception is server tick loop." Here it is if needed: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/tybYyXHrh7/
I've researched this error and removed all .json files, but it doesn't effect it. New crash reports point to the same reason.
Anyways, the server reaches this point and stops, restarting the process. Any help?
