at first thank you for your shader pack, it looks really good, way
better sight under water in relation to SEUS etc. But one thing is still
troubeling me. I´m building a temple in the badlands and usually it
doesnt rain there, but the shader pack doesnt differ between the biomes
when it comes to the biome-based weather. So it is more dark (what
wouldnt be a problem) but it also gets kind of foggy and the ground
seems like wet.
My question is, if you could make for the next version a biome-based weather?
This shaders is fantastic! I'm using the medium version and there hasn't been any performance ishues until now. I love how the water and foliage looks, the sun is beautiful and dark caves are actually scary, not to mention the colored glass!
But, I have a few complaints...
- First, although the water looks amazing, its almost transparent when you are in dark places, making it hard to see water falls in caves.
- The moon is so bright it almost seems like the sun in the midle of the nigth, and it does not have phases. It is aways full moon...
- Sometimes, when in a cave, i can see the sky, cuting trogh the world. (May be just minecraft ishues..)
- And at last, tall grass and flowers. Somehow they make a shadow, but just on the ground, and not on them selvs. If there is a lonely tall grass on a field, it'll have a shadow, but the grass will be entirely iluminated by the sun, even in the side it's suposed to be shadowy. I may be nitpicking on this last one, it does not make much difference when you have a lot of tall grass togheter, but it is still a thing.
I hope this helps improve the shaders! It may be just my preferences, idk, but thanks anyways for making this awsome pack!
I recently got a new pc so I decided to download shaders. When I searched for shaders I came upon yours. I download high and medium testing both of them. When I loaded the shaders my screen turned white when I was holding a item and when I am not the shaders work. This really bothers me and I wanted to see if u could help me.

I searched for help and it said composite 1 fix but in the video it was not related to what my problem was.
Sildur1, I am blown away from your shaders, and from what I seen SEUS can't compare to yours, and more happy that it is compatable with mac. One thing I would like to ask of you is if you can add an option to adjust how dark the night is and how dark it is when it is raining if it is possible because Im a builder of a city and the lighting if kind of throwing me off. If it can't be done, could it be possible to add a feature to how lit flowstone, and torches will be? Just a suggestion, I'm fine if it can't be added, great shader pack!
Download notepad++
open up composite.vsh with it.
Go to line 141 and increase the last value of moonlight (0.012) to 0.1 or 0.2.
Save the file and move it back into the pack. This will change the colors during night time a bit, but it's the easiest way for you to make everything brighter
Thank you, however the download for notepad is giving me .exe which isn't comparable, (.jars are). Would eclipse work for it? If not could you give me a direct download link for the notpad++, thank you.
Thank you so much, sorry to bother but 1 more thing :/ :), how to adjust the lighting for when its raining in the day and how much glowstone and torches emit light in a room. Thank you!

Pretty much any text editor should work...

Can't be adjusted so easily, I will include more changeable options in the future with the new optifine build. So you will have to wait for now. http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1272953-optifine-hd-g9-fps-boost-hd-textures-shaders-and?comment=49035
