I needed a method to transport items upwards without using the traditional dispensers + redstone due to lag issues on a server. After doing some googling I found this method.
I have built this to par as seen in the video. I have double checked my redstone and it's the same. However, I still face my problem;
The hopper will load the chest with items, however, since the hopper will still have items in it waiting for the chest to 'return' the comparator does not de-activate to send the chest off. (Simple terms, the hopper keeps the comparator loaded due to having items still so the cart does not get sent off).
I was considering this server and was looking over your main post. It was looking pretty good until I got to the ranks- You /are/ aware that charging money for in-game advantages is strictly illegal under the new minecraft EULA and can get your server shut down, right? I'd highly recommend you look into fixing that. For the time being I'll take my business to more legal servers.
As far as I am aware our server is offline and has been for some time. Before instigating please pay attention to server status. We are more than aware of the new Minecraft EULA and changes will be made accordingly. For the past month and for another two months I have been unable to attend to the server, likewise with MJ. This servers business side is our issue and I can guarantee changes when possible.

Because helping is what i do on minecraft and i love to help player's and server's esspecially this one i really love this server and i see some player's swearing and spamming on the server and getting away with it and i wouldn't let that happen. I want to become a moderator so that i may keep the chat clean and help player's and keep the server growing and make the server a target for every player to stay on and join. what would i do with staff? When I first stared on the server the stories created through the quest sytem (which is easy to use BTW) were charming and added to the lore of the world i was in. The quest were not overwheling though, i didn't feel like i was being railroded at all!
I'm glad that a user finds the quest system easy to use, I've had quite a few users complain about it's difficulty and try to stress through the use of signs how to begin quest.
I guarantee there are more quest on their way and I give no doubt that they will get complicated.

We have a new region that we'd like to open up to the public. However, in order to make quest for this region it needs a name!
The theme in this region will be another village like Woodbry, however, the town is based on fishing. This is where Runewars fresh seafood comes from and fishing is very competitive!

This is my first RPG server I've ever played. It seems quite fun and the players are friendly. I recommend playing! I have one suggestion however; there are a lot of 'your' errors that should be 'you're'. Anyways, I'm enjoying the server!
