How often would you be able to play? It's almost summer, so quite often. Mostly around 4pm to 10pm on weekdays.
What is the definition of power gaming and meta gaming(In your own words)?: Power gaming: Basically learning something by the letter to find loopholes to make yourself stronger.
Meta gaming: Using info your character wouldn't have, but the player does.
In-Character Information:
Character Race: Human
Character Name: Silas Silvertongue
Character Biography: Silas' family was pretty meager, never having made much to live on, and survived off what they grew themselves. Eventually when Silas came of age, his father had set him on the path to become a knight, but he wanted differently. Recently, he'd taken to performing with a guitar he'd swiped from a sleeping performer who was part of a traveling show, and they were to leave that day, so he thought he'd get it while he had the chance. He'd perform in the marketplace where all could get a good view, hoping for some change to be dropped his way, as he'd been practicing for a while to give people a good sound to listen to. When his father found out, he'd ridiculed him and told him he'd never make money that way, but wrong he was when his 10 year old boy handed him a small sack of gold coins. Amazed at the money that'd been made in a day, he'd instantly sent his son to the Bard's College, a place where young ones may learn the art of music, using the money he'd earned to handle any fees the college gave. He learned his craft well, in fact. At age 19, he'd finally mastered the art of the instrument, specifically guitars, lyres, drums, and flutes.
After several months of playing in the woods just to find his natural sound again, he'd learned that his music had a strange effect on the world around him, for the trees would bend down to listen, and the creatures of the forest would rush through the woods just to catch the heavenly sound, but one day, he learned the effects could be negative as well, for one day, he was confronted with bandits. A mangy group of ruffians who wanted nothing more than to take everything but the clothes on his back. He'd decided to try and calm them, but his natural tune had gone, replaced with panic. In his haste, he threw together a rapid mix of power chords and sheer notes that carried across the forest like a warning. His guitar lit up, glowing vibrantly as the sound started to materialize into what looked like arcane blasts of lightning. His sound had created something he'd never dreamed of, and those skilled in wizardry could summon: Magic.
Character Goals: To make enough money to eventually support a family of his own, which he would fight to defend.

Also, for the Earth, you could have a sort of rock wall maybe? Like a barrier against your enemies, OR You could do like a shockwave in the direction you're looking... like an earthquake >
For the Poison, you could be able to release a cloud or spray of poisonous gas, damaging enemies from a distance!

I have a suggestion! It is: an aquatic race, and you already have a fire race I believe with the devilspawn. But you should add elemental races like these friendly fellas http://oyster.ignimg...px-Sahagin1.jpg or maybe these deligtful specimens http://s.cghub.com/f...323/405_max.jpg
And that's just the aquatic ones! You should see the plethora of species you could add, from walking fireballs to floating monolyth creatures, and the list gets even wierder!
Yeah, I would like to see this mod come to fruition. Smart Moving is just a small part of what kind of awesome maneuverability a player could have. If you want some ideas, check this out
