    1.13 Update would be great

Also you shouldn't provide it as an exe, even if it's not a virus it's not usually a good sign

Also I found your resourcepack, I have my own that has an Elucidator 3d model sword in it

Also can you not include textures from sortex, you put sortex under this if you like it, but it prevents people from using their own texture pack bases

Also you shouldn't use different pictures for panorama, it's meant to look like a skybox

Most windows applications are win32 (32 bits) so that they don't have to make a separate 32 bit version for older devices, and because a launcher would have little benefit to being 64 bit.

As for the new launcher, If you don't like it, download the old one from the Alternate button on https://minecraft.net/

I personally use the new one but I dont like it for multiple reasons I wont get into here.

Basically the difference is his is better for simple to use windows-to-windows usage, (though will work with wine or maybe mono)
Mine (Moved threads) was made with multi-platform in mind. Though may require a separate start file depending on the systems java path or OS.

Pick your poison, they both do basically the same thing, his uses the new launcher though, mine doesn't.

Well you have to run the version of mc you want to play online first to download it, thats how the mc launcher works, the launcher doesn't contain a copy of every mc version, that would be hundreds of gigabytes.

The launcher lets you play offline once you've played online once, but I made the video expecting you to be on a locked down pc, not a pc with no internet at all.

Yes, IF That computer has java pre-installed, or lets you atleast run .exes from a flash drive, you could make a .bat and copy a java folder from your home computer, you could make it work.

I'll make a video on how to do that

You can just open with javaw.exe or java.exe directly, you don't need to do that, works the same as the optifine jar file

After running the USB-MC.jar the first time, it will work offline, but the first time it must be connected to the internet to download the launcher

Its a bit more complicated to do so, and it wouldn't be multi-platform anyway, the launcher is windows only, unless you use the .dmg or AUR version for mac or linux, in that case its not portable... but the old launcher is just fine, every modpack launcher is going to be using it, because its easier to use and support multi-platform anyway.
