I just tried a different way to install it by just dragging the downloaded file into the plugins folder instead of exporting the files into another folder first. All of the plugins that I was having difficulty with downloaded and launched this way. :|

How are you installing it? I tried that version 4 times and it won't work. Do I just drag it into the plugins folder in my FTP, or is there something more indepth I need to do?
I'm trying to install ProtocolLib 4.0.2-SNAPSHOT-b301 for my Spigot 1.10 server, but it isn't showing up when I do /pl, and the commands don't work either. I tried going to an older version (4.0.2-SNAPSHOT-b300 and 4.0.2-SNAPSHOT-b293) to see if that would work, but it hasn't.
The console says that I am running "CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-687a019-4c1e934 (MC: 1.10.2) (Implementing API version 1.10.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)," and the versions of the plugin I am trying to download match. They show up in my server files, but not the console or /pl.
I also tried to set the "ignore version check:" to true, but that also didn't work.
This problem is also happening with the other Lib plugin, Lib's Disguises. I am unsure what to do to fix the issue.
I have to upload my files through an FTP, and I tested to see if the problem was with how I downloaded the plugins, but I downloaded VeinMiner perfectly fine through the exact same method.
I am unsure what to do. Am I using an incompatible version of the plugin? Or is there some weird fix I have to do in order to get it working?
