Can you provide some piecharts or something to show that your 1,000 active players would actually donate? I also recall you saying you did not even have a Donation System in place, which does not seem very reliable at this point.
Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out the thread first off; secondly, please make sure you read everything in this thread, as all of it is very important!
Before I start with all the main stuff, you are probably asking; what is #BRICKSQUAD SMP? In the most basic terms, we are a private, whitelisted, community driven, vanilla Minecraft server for mainly YouTubers! If you are a YouTuber, why would this benefit you? If you have ever tried to record on a public server, you face countless problems, such as Griefing, Stealing, Lag, Crazy people in the chat (it has happened to us all ), and much more. For those who take this hobby seriously, you know that this does not make for a very good experience for the player, and the viewer. This server eliminates those issues, and gives a perfect field for YouTubers to create high quality videos, without worry, while having fun with others in an SMP atmosphere. However, when joining the server, you also join the #BRICKSQUAD, which is basically just the group of friends, who talk and enjoy a variety of interests together. 1.0 - Invitations
Invitations are quite simple, and they are the easiest way to get onto the server. An invitation is conducted when an existing member currently on the server invites someone who is not on the server to join. When inviting someone, you take full liability for the member if they are accepted into the server during the probationary period (3.3), and any problems will also affect you.
1.1 - Invitations of YouTubers
If you are inviting an existing YouTuber, they must meet the Invitations Requirements (1.3). To be considered a YouTuber, you must own an account with a constant upload schedule, average Subscriber rate of 50, and video views of 1,500. Not meeting this requirement will classify you under the NonYouTubers.
1.2 - Invitation of NonYouTubers
If you are inviting a NonYouTuber, they must meet the Invitations Requirements (1.3). To be considered a NonYouTuber, you do NOT own a YouTube account with the above requirements.

3.0 - Voting Process
All valid Applications and Invitations will undergo a Voting Process within the members of the server. If room is available for an addition on the server, we will cast a anonymous vote. In order to be accepted, the vote must be 80% in your favor of joining, and 20% not in your favor of joining (if applicable). Myself (Evan), Skhetch (Graydon), and TriggerHappy (Blake) have the ability to veto or pass any vote if we feel such. Ultimately if a decision comes down to it, myself as owner will have the final say.
3.1 - Acceptance
If your application/invitation was approved, and the vote was in your favor to join, you will be contacted immediately over Skype, where details will be discussed there!
3.2 - Denial
If your application was not approved, you will not be notified. If your Invitation or Application was approved, and the vote was in favor of you not joining, you will be notified. Anyone who has been Invited will be notified in any scenario.
3.3 - Probationary Period
Applications:
Application not Approved: 3 Months before you may apply again.
Application Approved, Vote not Passed: 1 Month after Vote concluded before you may apply again.
*Application Approved, Vote Passed: 1 Week on Server
**Application Approved, Vote Passed, 1 Week on Server: 1 Month on Probationary Period.
* - After this 1Week, we will vote again to determine if you will stay/leave.
** - During this 1 Month, any violations (small or large) will result in a removal from server.
Invitations:
Invitation not Approved: 2 Months before you may be invited again.
Invitation Approved, Vote not Passed: 3 Weeks after Vote before you may apply again.
*Invitation Approved, Vote Passed: 2 Week on Server.
*- During this 2Weeks, any violations (small or large) will result in a removal from server. After 2Weeks, a vote will be placed to determine if you stay, or get removed.
Removal from Server:
If you are removed for any reason from the server while on your 3rd stage (Application), you will not be able to apply again. If you are removed for any reason on your 4th stage, you will not be able to apply again for 2 months.
If you are removed for any reason on your 3rd stage (Invitation), you will not be able to join again, and the person who invited you will receive punishment.
3.4 - Applying and Inviting.

Whaddap all! Very simple trick you can use with the Comparator in 1.5, I am aware that everyone and their cat has made a video on this, but there isnt any harm in putting my own version out! Aswell, there is likely a way more compact way to create this, however the general idea is the same.
