Fero Blackwood, the Infamous Bounty Hunter - Chapter 1: The Rouge Swordsmen's Guild
In front of Fero, lay 3 bounty posters. The first one has a picture of a man licking blood off his katana and has a 5000 gold coins reward. The second one shows a chubby man with a headband, closed eyelids and a huge grin. His reward is 6000 gold coins. The third has an assassin drawn on it and the reward is 7000 gold coins. Kain, Chouji and Seiph. That is the order I hunt them, Fero thinks.
He puts the posters in a pile, pockets them and stands up.
"Now where am I?" Fero asks. He jumps forward and falls onto a street. "Oh! I was on a roof."
(( Now see how I have a title above my post like a book? That may seem selfish or even mary sue-ish, but if anyone joins my character's party, I'll change the title so it fits all of the characters ))
(( @Everyone, unless you are a beta tester (which is Skye and I alone) you wouldn't understand anything. Nervegear is new to the SAO universe as well. So none of you would know how to fight at all, you should all be level one right now. Next, you wouldn't really understand any of the game mechanics. ))
(( According to the OP we all had several hours in-game before the RP started. During that time, most people would learn how the combat works, right? Or does it mean that the only way you can learn is off a beta-tester? If so, it's kinda unfair ))
Isaac starts the skill discussion, by telling her what skills he chose and why.
"First, I chose the one-handed curved sword skill because it suits my real life sword fighting style. Secondly, I chose cooking because I felt it would come in handy during the game. Thirdly, I chose night-vision because it sounded cool. Fourth, I chose acrobatics because I thought the bonuses were definitely worth it. And finally, I chose light-metal equipment, because I like speed, but I also want decent defence." Isaac explains. Oh crap! I think I'm being to happy. We just found out that this is a death game and I'm explaining why I chose certain skills, He thinks. I'll just apologize and try to make her comfortable.
"I'm sorry. It's probably too soon to be so happy about everything." Than again, we need some happiness to get us through these tough times... Never mind. I'll just leave it at that for now.

"Alright! We're all set!" Isaac yells, punching his fist into the air. After calming down a little after his sudden burst of happiness, Isaac says, "As party leader, I feel obliged to make our first official choice as a party." He seems to be roleplaying as a high-ranking military officer or something similar as he is marching back and forth and he has his hands set politely behind his back. "So I think we should head out of town and train against some enemies - Preferably, ones stronger than the frenzy boars. After that, we can come back to town and discuss making a guild or joining one."
Suddenly, he goes back to his usual happy, life-loving personality and adds, "And we can discuss our skills on the way!"
And so Isaac's party of two start walking out of town, talking about what skills they picked.
(( Oh! I forgot to mention this earlier. Tomorrow, I'm going to an Expo/Convention in the big city, so I won't be able to RP then ))
Isaac laughs and scratches the back of his head. Maybe I should of just asked her to join my party outright rather than implying it through a work together speech, He thinks.
"Well, would you like to join my party?" Isaac asks Xanthia. "It doesn't have to be permanent."
Isaac opens up his menu, flicks through some sub-menus and sends Xanthia an invite to his party. The accept or decline message pops up in front of Xanthia.
"My name's Isaac. I think we will get along together just fine."
((Guys, be fair about this. Beta testers would be the only ones that know to go to the next town, and Alexander, please be a level five or lower, so wet all start the same. Guys, you don't need to reserve skills! As you level up, more skill slots open up.))
