    So I am currently trying to make a new painting that would not use the vanilla images and uses it own images. What I mean is that we been using the same art paintings to hang on our walls for years. But somehow...no one has made a mod that adds new paintings, but keeps the old ones. Like it is weird that no one has done this yet. I would be the first one to do it, but I am having trouble getting it to render. So I need help on how to make a new painting that doesn't take away the old painting and for it to be a new thing. And if Minecraft StoryMode Episode 6 have all these portraits everywhere ten why can't we?


    So if you want to help, let me say that I already made a template for my new paintings and did all the copy and making codes. I just need help on how to get my paintings to render. So just post it here please so I can get this done and maybe teach others about this new thing.


    Edit: I almost forgot, I'm using 1.7.10 for this. So yeah.

    I am trying to make a mod where if you right click on an item, it would bring up an image. And right clicking it again will close it. I just need to know how to make that possible cause I assume that its an easy code. But I will be making alot of them. So can you guys help me with this so I can make my mod?

    Ideal Cards

    Welcome to Minestone:Heroes of Minecraft.


    This is a official thread for my idea for a mod for Minecraft that takes Hearthstone: Heroes of Minecraft, and turns it into Minecraft. This mod plays out like normal hearthstone, but everything is made into the style of Minecraft. You can see that there is a legendary card for the Ender Dragon that I made. And so let me tell you guys how this works:


    You can choose a hero and your cards. Then when you start to battle, you and your oppoment starts with 30 health. And by that I mean 20 health and 10 absorbs. When you run out of absorbs, you can't heal it back up unless using some special cards. All cards comes from any Minecraft Mod that fits into itself. Cards can also be from any other Minecraft related sources such as Minecraft StoryMode. When you win a game, instead of coins you earn emeralds currency. You can spend it at the villager market to buy card packs. Or you can spend it on buying a Resource Pack which is use to build cards that you don't own. There is even a rarity system like hearthstone. But instead of common, rare, epic and legendary. You get Iron, Gold, Emerald, and Diamond rarities.


    I am hoping that someone make an Official mod for this where you can collect them through dungeon chests. You know, for collecting cards. So here some questions for you guys:


    What mob would you like to see as a card and what stats would it have?


    What would be a card pack expansion that has a theme into it?


    Who would be a great Hero and what Hero Power would they have?

    I didn't say anything about giving them resources to build more houses didn't I? I want this to be a normal NPC Mod to act just like vanilla villagers. No nothing like the Millénaire mod. Just custom npcs with unique models and houses that fit into the Biomes.

    No i don't want to do that because the Biomes Settlers pack skins sometimes have their own unique player models that are different from the normal player model. You can't just use a resource pack to change the textures of someone's mod. So I think that you're misunderstood as to what I'm trying to explain to you guys.

    So I found out that there are these skins packs for the Xbox edition call the Biome settlers Packs. I like these skins cause they look immersive enough to fit into minecraft as NPCs. So I want someone to make a mod to bring the NPCs into PC Minecraft. Each settlers have their own biome villages with their unique trades depending on what biome they spawn from. So I hope someone does this cause it would bring alot of immersion into PC minecraft.

    Mutant Mobs Mod Cards:

    Chemical X: Turn a zombie, snow golem, skeleton, spider, pig, creeper or endermen into their mutated form

    Mutant Zombie 6/10 Deathrattle: Give the enemy player a War Hammer

    Mutant Skeleton 6/6 BattleCry: Deal 6 damage to two random enemies

    Mutant SnowGolem 4/12 Taunt Special: Any mob damage by this gets frozen

    Mutant Creeper 2/8 Deathrattle: Deal 8 damage to all mobs including itself

    Mutant Pig Spider 4/6 Special: Turn any pig or spider into a Mutant Pig Spider

    Mutant Endermen 6/12 Deathrattle: Randomly move all mobs around

    I am gonna code the cards as items and setup events like onItemRightClick that will make the card go into effect then I will change the AI of mobs a little. Base there logic on turn phases and then when exp is added people can choose between flat file or MySQL for level storage and stuff.


    Well ok, I'm currently in the process of making the cards in flash then maybe make a domenstration animation of what it would be like. Also I might change some cards to find some balances and stuff. So you can do the mod while I work on the animations.

    Mob Cards:

    Bat 2/1 Stealth

    Ghast 4/2 Special: Deals an extra 2 damage to a random enemy mob at the end of each turn

    Villager 1/2 Special: discover a card

    Squid 1/1 Deathrattle: Gives blindness to all mobs for one turn: hits the wrong mob if attacking

    Wither Skeleton 2/6 Toxic: Instant kill any mob damaged by this mob

    Legendary: The Wither 4/10 Toxic Battlecry: Instant kill three random mobs

    Legendary: The EnderDragon 12/12 Special: Kills all mobs and discards all hand cards when summoned


    Spell Cards:

    Battle Blocked: Gives 5 armors and draws a card

    Fishing Rod Pull: Summon a random mob from the enemy's hand and place it on the field

    Potion of blindness: Makes a mob hit the wrong enemy if attacking for 2 turns

    Diamond Axe of Smite: Gives the player 5 attacks with 2 durabiltys

    Golden Sword of Healing: Have 4 attacks and 2 durabiltys and heals 2 for each attacks

    Anvil repair: Repair a weapon back to full durabiltys

    Enchantment Table: Give a weapon plus 2 attacks or plus two durabiltys


    Secret Cards:

    TNT Cart Bomb: Kills all mobs if hero is being attacked

    Cob Web Trap: The mob who hit the hero can't attack for 2 turns

    Blockade: Hero can't be attacked for one turn.

    Yeah I am planning on making an animation on what it could be like. Just needs to make the cards and stuff. But it might take along time cause I do other stuff. But I do hope that it could be it's own game or a mod in minecraft. And it is possible cause someone already made a minecraft trading card mod. So yeah I hope someone will do that.

    Minestone is an idea that I came up with when I started playing Hearthstone and thought to myself, "This would fit so well with Minecraft". So I was wondering how I would be able to make cards ideas to work the same way as how hearthstone would work out. So I was thinking of this:


    Each heroes starts at 20 HP with Plus 10 absorption, once they lose all of their absorption, they can't regenerate it back unless with a use of spells or special ability's.


    Heroes of chose:

    Steve's Hero Power: Diamond Slash: Deals two damage

    Alex's Hero Power: Hunter Bow: Deals two damage to enemy hero

    Herobrine's Hero Power: Deals two damage to self and draw a card

    Notches Hero Power: Gain two armor points


    Mob Cards:

    Sheep 1/1

    Pig 1/1

    Chicken 1/1 Inspired: Gives a 0 cost Egg Launched Card: Have a random chance to spawn another chicken

    Cow 2/1 Charge

    Horse 1/3 Mount: Choose a mob that is able to mount this mob

    Wolf: 2/4 Engage: gain two attacks.

    Slime 1/1

    Mother Slime 4/4 DeathRattle: Spawn in four Slimes

    Zombie 2/4

    Skeleton 4/2

    Creeper 0/4 Special: At the beginning of your turn, deal 4 damage to all mobs including itself

    Snow Golem 0/2 Taunt

    Potion of weakness: removes 2 attacks

    Charge of the Jockeys: summon 3 random jockey mobs with charge

    Bucket of Milk: Removes any buffs or rebuffs on a mob

    Arrow Storm: Deals one damage to all mobs

    Obsidian Wall: Gives the Hero 10 Armor

    Ender Pearl: Return a friendly mob back to their owner's hand


    Secret Cards:

    Tree Trap: When the enemy mob is summoned, destroy it

    Potion of invisabily: If the hero is attacked, the hero is immune this turn

    Spawn Egg Dispenser: If the hero is attacked, Summon a random mob that takes the hit instead


    Tell me what do you guys think of these ideas or what ideas do you guys have?

    The Aether, Twilight Forest, Hardcore Ender Expansion, The Betweenlands, Primitive Mobs mod, Erebus and any other mods that adds mobs are expansion card packs :)

    This is great to see. I would normally skip everything and just spawn in a betweenlands portal and start from there. So it would be a pure 100% betweenlands lets play.
