Brewcraft is a mod that changes how potions can be brewed. Witchery also has its fair share of unique potions, and a unique way to brew them. As for why "no mod uses mundane or thick" potions, it's because these are base potions, used to brew Potion of Weakness. So they already have a use...
You've mentioned several times in the thread that you didn't know about this mod, or that feature. Maybe you should give more mods a try, and see if this even needs to be pursued? You might even find a mod you really like.

A lot of this stuff seems like it's already available in other mods, ones that will most likely be upgraded to 1.8 Minecraft, if they aren't already.
I know I've got a Splash Potion of Decay in Regrowth, and I think it's from Ender Zoo. It causes Wither to be applied to its area of effect.
There's various rods, enchantments, and so on you can get to cause things to light on fire or get struck by lightning.
Potion of the Enderman seems like it does essentially the same thing as throwing an Ender Pearl. Why would you need a mod to reproduce a vanilla mechanic?
Same with Potion of the Knight. Why not use those iron ingots to just make armor, and then enchant it with Protection IV?
Tinker's Construct allows you to enchant weapons with a leech life ability, making Potion of the Vampire redundant. Not to mention I believe the Witchery mod allows you to become an actual vampire. I know the Vampire Money modpack allows you to regain health by defeating foes.
I'm not even going to get into how many mods have flight allowance. Thaumcraft, Botania, Blood Magic, Advanced Genetics, just to name a few. Even Archimedes' Ships could be counted, and I think it's Extra Utilities that includes a hang glider.
Draining, I'm assuming is the effect where you take health from your enemy and add it to yourself? Tinkers Construct does this if you augment your weapons with Necrotic bones. It doesn't exactly give you the health you take from your foes, but it does give you a chance to heal per swing.
Balkon's Weapons Mod adds poison darts, and I'm sure other mods offer poison tipping to weapons.
Your Hydra sounds remarkably like the one found in Twilight Forest.
Most all of your ideas can be found in other mods. Even your high-level equipment could be found in OreSpawn, along with an entire array of overpowered boss monsters to fight while wearing it. Also, I'm failing to see how any of these ideas have to do with "Witchcraft"? Or was the title of your thread just an attention getter?

Are you making it, yourself? Or are you asking someone else to do it?
If more the latter, perhaps you should go into more detail about what you want it to include. Just having an idea is a good start, but having details helps make it reality.

There are quite a few modpacks, though I'd have to say that each one offers something different.
Personally, I'd download the FTB and AT Launchers, and just see which ones look appealing to you, and see if they're on the version of Minecraft you want. There's also the VoidLauncher if you want to give CrazyCraft a try, but my personal opinion is that the inclusion of OreSpawn does a lot to unbalance the gameplay.
For the FTB Launcher and AT Launcher, I've tried several modpacks, and like many of them for different reasons.
Agrarian Skies for 1.6.4 was perhaps my first Skyblock map. I loved how the quests were put together, and am looking forward to Agrarian Skies 2, which is currently in Alpha, I believe.
SkyFactory 1/2 is another decent skyblock map, though instead of the questbook, it has a checkbook and works on the honor system.
Crash Landing and Regrowth start you off in desolate, barren worlds; where you have to survive.
I've only just started Material Energy 3, Blast Off, and Pathfinder, but they all look promising.
FTB Infinity, Modsauce, and Resonant Rise 3 all feed my desire for a wide variety of mods, with the sandbox play of vanilla minecraft.
I'm also looking into trying to put together my own 1.7.10 modpack, as I usually find one or another of my favorite mods missing from these packs; and to further customize my experience.

You realizing he was describing the features of Dimensional Doors, right? Try the mod and see if it fits what you're looking for. If it does, no need to make a clone.

You seem to still be having problems making spawner-based farms.
The Diamond Dolly from JABBA will allow you to pick up and move spawners. Use in conjunction with a Golden bag from Extra Utilities to nullify the weight effect.
Improving Minecraft does, in fact, allow for a configuration setting to allow you to Silk Touch spawners.
Fancy making your own spawner? Ender IO has a way to build your own. So does Soul Shards - Reborn, and Minefactory Reloaded.
I'm sure many other mods allow for customization in this respect. If you were to explain what, exactly, you're trying to do; perhaps we could help you further.

I think you would be amazed at the amount of things in the real world that're not just edible, they're healthier than most things that may be considered tasty.
Apart from the nutritional value of turtle meat, many cultures also value turtles as a food source. And my own grandfather would occasionally hunt up snapping turtles to prepare for a rare treat at family gatherings. He liked to batter and deep fry them, and serve them alongside fried catfish.
As far as programming on/off switches for every single item in the mod (because if she does it for you, someone else is going to want her to do it for them); it should be remembered that there's over 700 items in this mod.
A much simpler answer is to just not eat the turtles you catch. Use them to create turtle aquariums, to use as a pet. And before you point out that they only exist as items, I'm well aware of this. The default Minecraft fish also only exist as items, and many people have made aquariums for them. You could also practice "catch and release". Pretend to free them by throwing them back into the water they came from.
And now, my prediction of the day. Some day, someone is going to make you an amazing meal. You're going to have 3 helpings, exclaiming each time how absolutely delicious it is. When you ask what's in it, you're going to be violently ill to realize you've been eating (and loving) turtles.

What kinds of "gross discusting stuff" are you talking about?

What you're describing sounds very much like burnout, and is common when playing games you "absolutely love". Do something else for a while. If the game is boring to you, forcing yourself to continue playing is just going to breed contempt for the game. Taking a break and finding something else to occupy your time is a much more mature response. Especially if that break also includes something that broadens your interests instead of enforcing what you already know you like.
Personally, I'm finding myself playing video games in general less often. My focus in life is shifting, and sitting in front of a glowing screen no longer holds the meaning or appeal it once did.

Same place you change all the configs. You find the Snowfall config file in the configs folder of your minecraft folder. To increase the pileup, choose to enable one of the other settings.

I believe there's a mod that limits which ores spawn in the world. The Ore dictionary can be used in conjunction with Minetweaker to make it so that you only get the one version of salt, copper, tin, etc. Granted, this does take a bit of work on your part, but it's also a preference thing. I happen to like a lot of variety in my worlds.

I would consider this a minor problem. The mod already essentially dupes water and milk, and salt is useful enough that duping it isn't really a problem. Not to mention that, since you can multiply water, and salt is made by cooking water in a pot, you have unlimited salt anyway, especially if water source blocks replicate themselves.
