Mods do still check these. They're usually online on the server rather than here, and on the server it isn't an issue to whitelist an accepted app to the Skyrim realm.

J'Dharko was born is skyrims cold winds but is originally from the warm sand in elyswer he was born a natural thief at a young age he as working with a nord man in riften who raised him the man was from the theives guild he thought J'Dharko everything he knows today a the moment J'Dharko is on his way to whiterun.
I've got two quick concerns about this app.
1.) The RP example is meant to be a conversation between your character and another person. We need to be able to assess how you converse with another person, both to understand your RP skill, and it may also be used to understand your character better in itself.
2.) Punctuation. It's the fruit of life to me. Most of your RPE and a lot of your Bio lack it, creating one run-on sentence. It's difficult to understand your Bio because it's practically one sentence melded together, and you can't tell where one statement ends and the other begins. If you need help, I'm one of the resident Grammar Nazis.
I can't approve apps, as I'm not(and probably never will be) staff, but if you clean up your Whitelist App using what I suggested, I see no reason why you should be turned down.
Dont join this ****ing server... its a peice of **** and they don't even treat you with the respect you deserve. This server sucks a big one and is absolutely no freaking spawn cuz ur just stuck at the spawn until an admin gets on ten hours after u post an application. then u just get rejected cuz u suck... well not really, the staff is just one big stuck up nerd group who sit at home wackin off to eachother and playing minecraft
You're...Joking....Right? All of the admins I've met there are some of the coolest people I know. Just because a lot of the Donators/Sponsors are jackasses(which, sadly, is the truth), doesn't mean the staff is. I'm sorry you weren't accepted, but a lot of that may be correct, because I'll be absolutely honest, your grammar is a PIECE OF ****. Even though a lot of people need to pull the sticks out their asses, they're nonetheless great roleplayers and do things right. And if they criticize you on your app, it's always for a very good reason. Maybe you didn't do the RP Example right, that happens quite a bit. Maybe you just don't seem mature enough.
Plus, the staff are very busy, as we are launching a new "free-fantasy" world. They're working hard to write new lore, build new cities, create new items...Most of the staff are extremely stressed, and complaining is probably going to ensure you don't get whitelisted. They've got their own side of the story you need to take into consideration.
How long will it take for my app to be approved and accepted?
It depends on who might be talking. If you join the server, and explain that you have an app, it'll catch their attention, if nothing else. The mods and staff are really busy as of late. I can at least vouch for you?

Most whitelisters are aware of this, but there is a small chance of sticking to Skyrim by extremely popular demand. But I myself am looking forward to a no-holds-barred RP(excluding godmod). Skyrim was really limited to things like prewritten lore and certain cities that have to be in select places. In a free Fantasy RP, you can be who you want, and they might change races to suit the average fantasy, which would be better than five thousand humanoid races(Khajiit, Breton, Nord, Imperial, etc.).
On a different note, I might apply for builder to help along preparations for the new fantasy world. The more people, the faster building rate, right? While it is good to hold onto Skyrim for another month, at the end of that month, my school year ends, meaning I can dedicate tons of time!(providing They don't demand more chapters. They scare me. And They know where I live. Don't ask.)
I can't join for some reason. I was approved already and I got SpoutCraft. How come it loads the server, but when I try to join, it's forever logging in?

She has broken out of the orphanage every time they've taken her back, and at 16, she's able to support herself. Very independent, she hates being patronized for her small size and looks, which give her an appearance of about 3 years younger than she really is. Her parents' deaths have caused her to develop a sour, hostile attitude, but sometimes, a softer part of her is shown. She's known for her stubbornness, and her short temper.
Ceciel rarely plays by anybody's rules, and she's broken a few minor laws, but she doesn't steal, attack, or otherwise do things considered criminal. She's had a variety of jobs, but wanders quite heavily, and it's still unknown whether she hates people or just hates staying in one spot.

I got it now, apparently I can't play it in SpoutCraft. Doesn't matter, my Skyrim texture pack won't load in Spout either. Crazy program.
Anyway, I'll be a minute still. No one makes female Skyrim skins, let alone of the Breton race. And I am very picky.
