I have just recently decided to customize Minecraft Pocket Edition's GUI and with this new decision, I realized it is quite fun.
This is my new GUI in-game.
I am extending my talent out to you guys and helping you create your own custom GUI as well so you can show off in your videos or screenshots. If you would like a custom GUI, please fill out the form below.

This video will help you if you are on iOS. You can basically follow the same procedure if you have an android, however the screenshot button may be different.
There are a number of servers that say they are 24/7 but really there is no way they can be unless someone literally leaves their device on at all times for the server. This doesn't really happen so the server may have been offline. I can host a server sometime to ensure it works. Shoot me a PM if you are interested.
I think "Other Platforms" makes more sense than "gamemodes", so I am content with the changes that have to do with the name changing.
I am still exploring the forums to see what else has changed, but so far I like the reconstruction. Sections seem to fit much better now.
Why can't i change my minecraft skin or texture pack for pocket edition?
I've tried it for funbox and Iexplorer but nothing worked. I will jailbreak my ipod just incase for ios 6 soon till there is going to be a untethered jailbreak. But anyways i need help changing it.
Make sure you have set the permissions to Mobile so it allows your device to access it with no restrictions. Also be certain to have the file names the exact same as the ones you are replacing.
Make sure your firewall isn't blocking the ports at anytime by allowing them through as an exception (Port 19132).
Also be sure you are on WIFI and not 3-4g connection from your phone.
Your file may not be named properly and so it isn't replacing the original. Be sure the file names are exactly the same and you should be good to go. Also make sure the permissions are set to mobile.

Then download the Inventory editor and go to this link: http://www.minecraft...e#entry17253709 and copy over these files to rewrite the original so the app is up to date.
You can then inv edit water and lava into your games through survival, place it where you want it to go, then go back to creative.
Aside from this, you could also check out this link for modding the items into your creative mode to take the place of a bookshelf.
