The reb0rn.org ip may no longer work. We mainly use "Reborn.pw" now.
Reborn.pw is 1.16.4 (latest MC version) as of posting but has PVP mechanics similar to 1.8 such as the old attack speed and most damage values.
There have actually been 4 main spin offs inspired by Mc-Wars. We merged with one of them, and the other two are barely resembling of how Mc-Wars classic used to be played and are extremely inactive, If you want further information on them both you can add me on discord @ Sephiths#5398.
Our version of Mc-Wars classic is the most refined, it is based on the actual old source code, we've removed all pay to win factors, we've implemented balances changes that Mc-Wars staff were previously hesitant to touch (longbowman and other classes feel more balanced but still overall very fun to play) and in terms of lag the plugin actually runs significantly better than it did on Mc-Wars.org due to many optimizations and a near complete rewrite (compared to using 7 year old code from back when it first started development in MC versions such as 1.6). In terms of hosting we also didn't cheap out and have capable dedicated servers running the individual mc servers connected to the Network's bungee. Despite lack of advertising we still get large games going randomly every week and the server is financially stable/funds itself. When nobody is on classic there is almost always a few people on the towny Survival server, even late at night.
We also have access to other old mc-wars.org minigames as well to be released at a further date when we're ready to expand. But our focus for the time being will be further refining classic and getting the server polished enough to somewhat aggressively advertise in the near future.

I'm honored to provide the Mc-Wars classic experience to the so many of us who partially practically grew up playing it. It's crazy to think I started playing in 2013 when I was 12 years old and now I'm 20. I really hope to see all of you reading this around on the server. I truly love the Mc-Wars community and being able to contribute to keeping it healthy, alive, and actually growing again in the state it is in today.

I noticed that opening minecraft with both Repose and Cubic Chunks crashes on start up.
If there is anything on your end that you can do to help make it compatable I'd be deeply grateful.
Cubic Chunks is a mod that eliminates the y limits in minecraft by making chunks cubic (16x16x16)
