Yeah, I removed all mods and it was still like that. I'm not sure how to check Minecraft 1.12.2 rather than forge 1.12.2 though, because my vanilla Minecraft is 1.16.4 ....
Update: I figured out how to use 1.12.2 without forge and yes, still no beds in villages ..... Just found it really odd since I can't find anything about it when I google!
I'm a massive n00b, so not sure if this is a glitch or just a part of the older Minecraft version.
I started playing version 1.12.2 for the mods, but realised on my first game that villages were spawning missing any beds. There are also no chests in any building apart from the blacksmith-esque building. The "home" buildings regularly have dirt flooring and plants randomly.
I thought it might be because of the mods, so I removed all and it still kept happening.
Is this just because it's version 1.12.2 or is something messed up??
