posted a message on Why most are hating 1.9?

Personally, I hadn't noticed the Hate. This is the first version I haven't been keeping up with since Minecraft Beta, so I don't know every feature. I do like the new combat and the wings.

As far as Hate goes. I tend to stay away from Forms and such, so I rarely see hate. But from what I can tell, people don't like having to think in video games. As with this case, they just like mindlessly clicking, the problem with the old combat system was: It was more luck based than anything, just rapid click and you might win. The new Combat is far more fleshed out, but with that comes nostalgia lovers and kids who don't like challenge.

Basically what I'm saying is: Change always comes with criticism, but when it's for the better (As this certainly is.) People will forget and move on, they will get used to the new combat and most will prefer it over the old combat.

Which version of "Minecraft Coder Pack" are you using? are you using the 1.7.10 version, if not that could be the problem.

Looks a lot like an electric fence, get a nice texture pack, and I can see these being used in plenty of future maps.

Do you still have access to your e-mail connected to your first account? if so, you should be able to get that account back, and I'd assume you have access to it as you said "(Cant post it here... I dont want this one to get hacked...)", so why not just use the forgot password option with that account?

posted a message on an idea

I'll cut you some slack as this is your first post, but if my eleven year old sibling can create better topics with better grammar, I will not accept your age as an excuse, I'm not intending to be rude, but on the Minecraft forums people like it when you go into detail on your suggestion, explain to us what your idea is, give it a title such as "Thrown Explosive" instead of "an idea" with no caps, then in your post give us a paragraph or two about your idea.

Now as for the idea itself, Minecraft explosives are already, in my opinion too large of a nuisance, adding in something for griefers to throw at will would cause too many problems on many servers, it wouldn't yield any effective combat advantages as using it to kill Mobs and such would most likely end in self harm, and I can't see and advantages over using TNT to mine, in the end, I don't think thrown explosives would add to the game in any way, only give griefers another way to troll.

Does it bring up any sort of message? if so can you tell us what is says? I'd also suggest trying to log in on the site itself (Minecraft.net), if it works there, at least we know you can still log in.

posted a message on Why Grief?

There was a time when I griefed back in Minecraft Classic, there was a sort of thrill to it, I didn't care if I was disappointing people (In fact the thought amused me), I just enjoyed destroying things, but I never thought I was destroying something that took hours to build, once I realized how immature I was being, I stopped, I have never griefed on a non Minecraft classic server and never will, though there have been times when I took resources from a already griefed build that has been long forgotten, but I would never destroy or take apart something that was fully in tact, and I will never grief again.

posted a message on Will this stop spiders climbing up my walls?
Quote from LavinskyJr jumpwill spiders attempt to climb cacti without aggro?

LavinskyJr, as I can see you're a new user, but there is a way to see how old topics are, this topic was made in 2011, if there isn't a good enough reason to revive a topic like this, then you should avoid doing so in the future, now back to your question, I do not think Spiders will attempt to climb cacti without taking damage, though it's something I need to test before giving you a correct answer, in my experience MOBS do not avoid cacti and usually run into it, I do not think MOBS are smart enough to tell cacti from other blocks.

posted a message on About to ban Minecraft at home - concerned parent
There are servers that do not allow that sort of behavior, it's easy to find them here in the Minecraft forums, there is a server server advertisement section, most servers have rules that are on the server forum, if griefing is against the server's rules than this kind of behavior mentioned in your forum is against the rules, if it doesn't mention anything about griefing in the rules than it's best to stay away from that server, sadly most servers have griefing players, but some servers, if not most now days have ways of preventing griefing, and the players who grief can be easily banned, just so you know Griefing is the word for players who enjoy destroying other people's stuff in Minecraft, or they enjoy stealing from other players, again some servers have protection plugins, and yes you can easily find them, so I wish you luck!

posted a message on Why isn't Minecraft infinite?
I'd say the simplest reason was to remove the Farlands, those were insanely glitchy, I don't think it was a memory problem as it was Infinite before, I just feel like Mojang knew people would never make it to the end of the world without cheats, and they decided the Farlands were a bit of a problem, so the just added the barrier, but this is my guess, I don't know the real reason.

I'd love for caves to go deeper, I've thought of many idea's myself about that, the only problem I have with this is there is actually too many good idea's, it would be hard to implement them all, but anyway, I Support most of this idea, there are a few levels in this idea I wouldn't really care for, but other than that a great idea!
