This mod is really good. I was just wondering if maybe there could be a command to find villages, dungeons, strongholds etc. because they are hard to find. Otherwise, great mod :)
I was actually going to suggest/request that -- though it may be too late for new features this time around, I dunno.

This is ridiculous. For some reason WorldEdit doesn't work right with this mod anymore. I don't understand how it ALWAYS get's the selections wrong. I select 2 points and somehow it's selected 2 COMPLETELY different blocks... I've posted on here before that it's screwing up but, apparently simo_415 just feels like ignoring the posts on here...

Are you f*cking insane? That one's been addressed at a rate of more than once a day in this thread.

I can understand people just popping in and not thinking to review earlier pages or use the search function, but please, claiming that you posted here and were IGNORED without even looking? That's ridiculous.

I know it's called single player commands but...any chance you could add multiplayer support? XD This would be epic on servers. :biggrin.gif:

Bukkit supports WorldEdit and some other similar functionality.

I know two ways to fix this:

MCEdit - External MapEditor, allow you to remove or replace the Lava-Blocks. The best way to remove a mistake.

WorldEdit Plugin (preinstalled with SPC) - Use "//chunk" to select the chunk you're in and then type "//replace 10 0" (both without the ""). Maybe you want to use "//replace 11 0" too (remove flowing lava). Be warned: This two or three steps remove ALL Lava-Blocks in the Chunk (even the one you maybe didn't want to remove), so use it carfully!
There's a way to expand the "selection", but I'm not know hot to use... So do this steps on all chunks you need it.

You should save the map before editing with one of this options.

Just make another sphere of air in the same size and position.

Fluids are just a bit weird to get rid of.

    Or try the //drain command.

Cool! It's been a while. I haven't checked to see if anything was broken by the last few updates, but there really shouldn't be. Let me know if you find any problems.

    doesnt work :/

That's nice. Did you want someone to help or something? 'Cuz if you give us more information, odds are good someone can.

Does this mod come with world-edit already build in. Also does it use modloader.

Yes it comes with worldedit built-in. I don't have modloader, so I know it doesn't require it, but it might work with it, I'm not sure.

Yep. In fact, that one is addressed on just about every page since the last update.

I wonder if it would be possible to replace the portal sound with the siren?

note regarding the portals: you can make really good use of them by placing the netherside portal yourself. At coordinates that match the overworld, but x and z divided by 8. The portals connect to the nearest, so you can have multiple portals near-ish each other. I seem to recall 28 blocks at least is needed between.

What did you retexture as the hanging chains in the otherworld classroom screenshot?

Brilliant work, by the way. I am a big fan of Silent Hill, and I have attempted some similar stuff. The bed alone is impressive -- to me, at least. I have spent ages trying to make my bed look like a gurney and still seem to fail.

Only does that with the wooden axe, which by default Worldedit uses as a selection wand. If it bugs you, type //toggleeditwand

Its not possible to change biome in minecraft 1.1 and below, when 1.2 comes out it will be, so i suspect there will be some kind of feature with that atleast as a worldedit command.

I am excited at this prospect.

    That's very optimistic.

But please don't discourage one of the most helpful posters from being helpful. Seriously.

Teaching moments are really only useful for people who are going to stick around -- and very few do. Mostly they have a question, get an answer, and leave. It takes less energy to answer the easy ones than to get mad and create an answer with a learning curve.
