Yes, I remember you, and I believe you just kind of left the server at some point, right?
Well since then Saper started neglecting being an admin more and more until people started to leave and there was no one to solve problems since he was the only admin and the mods had no real power. Eventually he just didn't show up for weeks but the server remained up. All that was really left on the server was the mods. We kind of started talking about starting up a new server when Saper finally showed up. He said he had gotten a job and was too lazy to just ****ing get on the server and tell us he was too busy now to manage it. So we started working on a new post-apoc server called Humanity Lost and Saper actually helped us for a short time... Until he ran away again, and hasn't been seen since... So after that RW II went down and we've been working on Humanity Lost since then, and we've come pretty far.
So there you go, that's basically what happened in a nutshell for you and anyone else who was wondering. We have most of the work done for the new server actually, but I couldn't give a good estimate to when it would be public. I do think Darkminer may be on the right track though, it will most likely be up some time in June
From what it looks like, we need to expand the lore we've made, sort the plugins, and finish up the donations. Development was going very fast over the past couple of weeks but now we are slowing down a bit, mostly because we're waiting for a few things. I really have no estimate to when it will be done, it could be soon or a while
Theres 3 things you could still improve on here. First off, you need to expand your backstory some more. For example, did he have any siblings, a mother, any childhood friends, etc. It is also a bit unrealistic that one boy could build a gun all by himself in 3 weeks. Well, unless it was just some crappy home made thing that would probably be unreliable if thats what it was.
The other thing is we don't really have a good picture of how your character acts. He only has one fear listed and the how he acts section is rather short. What can he not stand? What does he hate? How does he react under certain circumstances?
And lastly your skin doesn't match your description, but that isn't too big of a deal

IC Name - Reavus Nolatari Race - Wood Elf (Bosmer) Age - 35 Gender - Male RP example -Reavus charged through the forest as fast as his feet could carry him, running for his life, away from the bandits. Normally he would've never ran from a fight, but Reavus was tired and unable to muster enough strength to cast any sort of spell. His training to navigate through rough terrain served him well, but he was a bit rusty due to giving up archery for magic many years ago. Just as he thought he'd lost them an exposed root from a tree caught his foot, sending him flying through the air and landing with a thud. He heard voices and footsteps coming closer, from the direction the bandits were coming from. Reavus desperately tried to get to his feet but was much to week to move another muscle. He decided his best option was now to stay perfectly still and hope for a miracle... "Where'd that little elf run off to now?" bellowed the deep voice of a bandit "Doesn't matter, that frightened little thing is probably miles away by now." said another bandit in an angry tone There was some rustling being heard which was followed by a grunt. There was silence for what seemed like hours to Reavus as he lay behind a tree and some brush, his heart racing. Footsteps were then heard, leading in the direction of the bandit camp where Reavus had been chased from. Reavus sighed a breath of relief and shakily got to his feet, setting off into the wilderness once more. Biography - Reavus was born in a small wood elf inhabited village on an island off the coast of Morrowind. Here his father trained him how to hunt, survive, and use a bow properly. Reavus excelled at archery but took little interest in it. At the age of 18 Reavus began to learn the arts of magic, giving up archery. Magic interested him much more but took him long to get accustomed to. After Reavus' village was ransacked 17 years later, he and his family decided to move to Cyrodiil to look for job opportunities. The family's plan was to dock in Morrowind and cross the region into Cyrodiil. This went wrong when a storm hit, however. The storm tore apart their ship and Reavus was thrown overboard, drifting all the way to Skyrim where he was found by a few fishermen. Reavus now decides to settle down in Skyrim after a quick look around, giving up hope that he will be able to find his family again.

Ugh, where shall I start? Well first of all your backstory is painfully short. It makes me want to hit the nearest person. Make it longer, expand on it. What was his childhood like up until his parents were murdered? Where was he from? Just things like that.
You might want to expand on your character's appearance and personality too, they're both very minimal.
Next you'll want to completely redo your event of your character in pain. Look at some other people's applications that were accepted to help you out some.
And lastly... Your skin is ****ing Solid Snake. Change that naow.

Hello everyone, this is Kronaak here to leave a little message concerning Rethosia and sort of just a few things going on in the server.
Many of you may have noticed I haven't been online quite as much in the past few weeks and I'm here to explain the reason behind that. Its rather simple: I just haven't been enjoying the server as much as I used to. Playing on the server and watching over Rethosia is starting to seem like more of a chore than just something I do for fun, and I don't like that. RPing on Ruined World used to be almost somewhat of a hobby, something I would do for fun, but now I just don't like the way the server operates these days. It seems to be full of inexperienced RPers and has almost no form of authority anymore. The mods really can't do ****, we just don't have any commands open for us to use to help the people who play on the server. I'm beginning to rant so I suppose I'll just get to the whole point of this message. I am going to be taking a bit of a break from the server for a few weeks, maybe months. I'll check in every few days or so to see what's going on, but only for maybe a half hour. I'm going to have to ask of all of you council members to watch over Rethosia for me and make sure it doesn't simply fade away as does every city. I'm not forcing you guys, but it would make me happy to know that all my hard work wont go to waste quite yet. Kronaak will hopefully be back one day and I know there isn't much RP reason for this, but lets just say he's on a business trip or something
