Experience as Admin and with Bukkit: I am currently an head-admin on a server that an anti-hack gaming community I am in runs. It is really just a server for us and our friends, but I do have experience with moderating a server.
While I was head admin of the kitpvp server, I had the chance to ban many hackers. One of my favorite things to do was to ask the player why he was hacking. I've heard many different reasons why. "I do not like the server, and wanted to just get banned off of it", "I am not good enough to play on this server, so I used hacks to become better", and "I wanted to show everyone that I am the best". I feel like I would be very responsible when it comes to handling hackers.
Why you should be accepted: I can 4 different languages and I believe I have a lot of past knowledge on how servers run as I have run my own server.βHead Adminβ rank was developed by the owner as he wanted to award moderator to 2 others, and he granted me this new rank of Head Admin. I was numerously placed as the temporary owner of the server while the owner was busy or on holidays.

What would you do if you saw a player flying but you didn't know if he was hacking or lagging?:
If a player is flying is either because he has flying rank i.e. staff or donator or he is hacking. But the real answer to the question is watch the player for an extended period of time and confront them when you get suspicious enough.
What Would you do if a player offered you In real life money not to ban him?:
Nobody does this. And if they do they are lying. Obviously you dont take the money.
What would you do if a Mod or helper was breaking rules?
Confront him, give him a second chance and if it happens again either demote him to ban him depending on how bad of an offense it is.
How would you solve a dispute between 2 other staff members?:
Im not these peoples daddies or mommies. All staff should be 18+ we should all be adults. However if you are stupid enough to fight depending on what the argument is about its either nobodies business but theres, or if it becomes my business (i.e. disrupting other players on the server) I will take action. First a warning before I mute them/ kick them/ or demote them.
What would you do if your friend asked you to OP him?:
Lets be honest, the answer you are looking for is no. However if I am the co-owner of a server, and this person is my friend, if I know them and trust them enough, hell yeah im gonna give them a Rank. BUT I am the co owner of a server so nobody is gonna give me crap about it. However that said, Im not gonna OP anybody. I might give my well trusted friend who is a Mod on others servers a rank, but nobody should need OP not ever Owner or co-owner assuming the perms are setup correctly.

If people are griefing I'd confront them and then if necessary temp ban all 3 of them for 1 - 3 days each. If they join again and grief a second time they will get banned for 2 weeks. Third offense I ban. I dont need to deal with that crap. And the server doesnt need players like that

Lets be honest, the answer you are looking for is no. However if I am the co-owner of a server, and this person is my friend, if I know them and trust them enough, hell yeah im gonna give them a Rank. BUT I am the co owner of a server so nobody is gonna give me crap about it. However that said, Im not gonna OP anybody. I might give my well trusted friend who is a Mod on others servers a rank, but nobody should need OP not ever Owner or co-owner assuming the perms are setup correctly.
What would you do if 3 people were griefing the server?:
If people are griefing I'd confront them and then if necessary temp ban all 3 of them for 1 - 3 days each. If they join again and grief a second time they will get banned for 2 weeks. Third offense I ban. I dont need to deal with that crap. And the server doesnt need players like that

Among other things being responsible and trustworthy are something my parents raised me to do. You keep your word and you let your yes mean yes. There is a time for everything, a time to laugh and a time to play, but the point is the time to be trustworthy is always. Growing up in what I would call a very strict household I learned to be responsible at a very young age. The law system is innocent until proven guilty. I haven't done anything that would make you not trust me but I also haven't done anything for you to make you trust me, that is of course excluding whatever past experience I may have or why I think i would be a good staff member. You can trust me, I know what im doing, and I have the time to do it. I get along with everyone really well, and I love to help people. I am actually a volunteer and constantly helping the community, but I love Minecraft and I wanted to help in a more (technical) hands on position. I am very friendly and polite. I am fair and treat everyone with due respect.

Confront them. Warn them. Depending on the consensus of the staff, either ban or kick first and then ban.

Again, Confront them. Take them to a higher authority if necessary. Or issue them a warning. And after that whatever action may be needed.
