Not sure what the issue is and I suppose in the grand scheme of things it's not that big of a deal, but every 10-20seconds in game my game will freeze for anywhere from 1 to 10 seconds. With the F3 info up the freezes are indicated by a huge vertical red spike in the little meter. I've deleted my minecraft.jar, version info, everything in the bin folder, and eventually everything in the .minecraft folder all to no avail. I have also made sure I had the current versions of Java (both 32 and 64 bit) installed. I uninstalled, scoured and reinstalled my graphics drivers twice. I tried all the different view distances, I've turned the smooth lighting on and off, I've tried all the framerate options and all of the
...
Tried also disabling all graphics options and with different fps and got the same problem.
Every few seconds, there is a huge spike and a light freeze.
My specs are really high and I usually play with 128X128 TP without any problems
but now I can't even play 1.6.5 with default TP, no mods, render distance to shortest, fast graphics, all
effects disabled, and any fps caps won't change anything...
(click on the picture to see it fullsize and you'll notice the 3 spikes that redundantly
strikes at every few seconds)
It would be nice if the vortex software intelligently
sucks items to it, meaning that if your magic chest
is set to absorb only dirt, stone or any other materials
wouldn't be drawn to it and get stuck at the exterior
of the chest but would rather not be affected by
this vortex chest.
I tried to make a conveyor system but it lamentably failed...
I've noticed a couple of bugs to do with the smelting software, if you're in the process of smelting one type of metal and add one of another type the second type disappears and coal seems to disappear sometimes when more metal is added to the chest for smelting.
fully aware of this, we're looking into it atm and have been for a while...
I was about to say the same things...
It happened to me a couple of times I was not sure if I was just
tired and unaware of what I was doing or if I sometimes loosed
my material.
And then, that last 31 iron ore that disappeared just slapped me
in the face.
You should mention this bug in a buglist on the first post.
So, Have known that, I would probably have used the smelting softwae
only for cobblestone and food but not for important minerals...
Glad to see someone else is still continuing to update this mod.
I have a simple suggestion for it.
Instead of having a menu "options" and a sub-menu "waypoints",
it should be a "waypoints" menu and an "options" sub-menu.
This way, the menu you use most of the time ( waypoints) would be
the directly accessible menu and the barely used options menu that
you set the first time accordingly to your preferences then forget would
be the two-steps not directly accessible menu.
I love that idea.
I'll look forward to see if people get involved.

I did...
And maybe if he get the link 20-30 times by different people, it will capture his attention...
Some says it would be an issue only on 64 bits system...
Does some people have this problem on a 32 bits OS ?
(I'm getting the lag issue (using 64 bits Win7))

in case of memory leak)
edit :
Nice, the smelting software share evenly the stack into all oven instead of
all stack into a single oven...

I thought (misread) when I installed it that it took 8 iron . I've just seen that in
fact I need 72 iron ingot to make a single block...
It is way too much expensive...
The "ring of fire" around a small house would cost thousands of irons ingots just to make.

Thanks...
It solved the holes in plastic buckets :smile.gif:
(it retains water correctly)
I'll be testing it with a tap next minecraft days
(not armored enough to battle hostile creatures ...)
edit :
Yup, everything work great now.
Yay !

I have the same problem (1.3.6)
ID of both tap and bucket have been changed for compatibility issue.
