Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this.I'm starting a server soon had a lot of ideas but there is one tiny little problem.I don't know how ot make plugins or any stuff like that to make my ideas actually WORK.If it's possible or if someone has loads of free time can anyone help me make plugins for my server?I really need a programmer for my server because i know nothing at all what-so-ever.All i know how to do is how to press that button on the minecraft launcher thats says "Play" .If anyone is willing to take the time to help me out please reply or send an email at : [email protected].

Here are some things that I need to be made into plugins if possible(please tell me if they all are ready plugins and where I can get them,Thanks!):

A town plugin:
I need a plugin that can allow for players to group together in towns,nations,pirate gangs,stores,countries,able to have multiple jobs and such and work for money,and be able to claim land or set land as claimable or not, and to set it so that players have to have a strong town with lots of people otherwise their towns can be raided or claimed over.

A NPC mod:
I need a plugin that would allow me to utilize villagers as kind of helpers in the game, and able to fight along players, or fight players, need to be able to communicate with them, need to be able to make them say certain things or do certain stuff if you activate them or something,they need to be able to trade custom made items or items added to the game by plug-ins,need to be able to engage in chat with you,be able to have nametags,need to be able to set certain ones to act as police if another is killed and protect each other,need them to be able to also perform normal player tasks based on what a player wants.
