The hustle and bustle of city life never seemed to dull in Monrovia, with people walking down the roads to get to work, to people looking at stalls in the local market place. The occasional vehicle would drive down the roads, most likely always heading for the port. Which was the life of the city. Nearly all trade came in and out of this port. Rubber, Iron, Agriculture Products, Lumber, and Diamonds. You name it, you got it.
For such a small country, one could wonder how God could stuff such a massive wealth of resources into one tight area. That question will most likely never be answered, and the Government doesn't bother trying to. Now, it is trying to further industrialize the nation so that Liberia can fully exploit this gift and become an Economic powerhouse in Africa.
Andrew Sanders, a worker of the Northern Liberian Mining Corporation sat down in a local cafe, having just gotten a coffee and Newspaper. He lightly skimmed through it, sipping his hot drink occasionally. Its not very often he would get breaks from his job, but he had worked for it and now he had a four day long vacation in the capital. His eyes darted through the sections of news, before stopping at one section.
"Man claims to see Flying plate appear out of the water."
Andrew simply sighed, shaking his head lightly before turning the page. "****ing Spain..."
Fish Town, Liberia
The continuation of work on Railroads in several key area's of Liberia continue as planned, and nothing is different in Fish Town. Workers worked non-stop in the heat and sweltering sun of Tropical Africa as they continued to lay down the metal and sweat that would become a new railroad.
Many people complained about the current working conditions they were under, as they were forced to work in the sun, with little water, and little protection. Many of them were sunburned, dehydrated, and someone had suffered from a heatstroke not two days ago.
Their pleas did not fall onto deaf ears, but yet still little was gone about it except a bit more water and special hats that would stop the sun from hurting a workers face. At the cost of them looking Vietnamese.
(Ambassadors to Spain and Ethiopia will leave Monrovia next post~ And yes, my posts suck. Sue me~)
Aaron, must you rub all my military defeats in my face? Sigh... well, it can't be that bad... Gorgen lost to me. That's just depressing... Then again Hug helped.

The Cubans, being Communist bastards(Socialism is better, suck it) most likely forced their rule over the Jamaicans and stuff.
However, I do not know the details, as I was not the one who played Cuba.
