A brief Description of yourself: I'm a voxel game fan and I'm looking to play on a vanilla 1.8 server.
This brings back memories. In 9 months, here are some examples of how i've grown.

That landscape is great, very realistic how the snow is sort of draped over the landscape. Any chance of releasing this one? I'd love to use it for a city, if that's possible.
I messaged you on XBL, though I'm not sure if it went through. I also couldn't add you for some strange reason. Anyway, if you didn't get my message; I'm 22 and I'm a pretty good railway builder and resourceful survivor. Add me if you'd like, my gamertag is Roxstein.
You're only bored because you're not imaginative enough. Minecraft is limitless. You could make ever advancing redstone machinery, or design an Adventure map, or play PVP online, or build the next architectural masterpiece. But if you can only limit yourself to the bare bones survival gameplay, that's your own problem. I certainly don't have any issues with maintaining interest in Minecraft. I've been playing it ever since I bought it (and well before that, too...)
edit: You guys basically said what I was going to say, lol.
It's a regular build in Minecraft, but the texture pack (linked in my first post) replaces a lot of standard Minecraft blocks with very non-standard ones. That's all!
2 comments 1: thats super awsome 2 cobalt is spelled with a c
Thanks! Though Cobalt is spelled with a C, yes, and I have in fact called my city Cobalt City before, it's also spelled with a K in German. Hence, Kobaltstadt (stadt = city)
Thanks, everyone! This is only a test so it's somewhat like a Hollywood movie set - the surroundings aren't really there. I built this "skybox" building:
I would really love to move onto the production of an entire 3 dimensional city but my mouse has no left click 8D

Sure thing, I've downloaded Irkala and I'm using it, actually I don't even mind the way it's cut off, it kind of reminds me of a little diorama.
In fact, I built my city right near the eastern edge of the map:

Still mostly just tests. If I could figure out how to copy/paste modular parts, it would speed up the city building process.

That's not the first time I've heard that, actually! It could be because of the blue-ish tint I gave to the cross processing.
