Ok......... let me ask you this. How are the owners of the servers suppose to pay for the funds to keep the server running?
Ok it switched up pages on me sorry for that post guys bye!
no money = no server. that's how it will work and how it should work.
I remember hosting a server (not in minecraft) and paying like 25$ monthly, but in my country it is like 54$ to me. never getting anything in return wasn't a problem, because games are meant to be fun. and it was fun, for me and for other players. after a year and few months my server was almost empty, and after a month my server didn't exist anymore. it was pointless to keep it going, if it was still active I would still pay monthly. if you don't have money, don't host a server. that simple. I don't care about your money problems, just because you can't abuse the game and make money on it, it doesn't mean new eula is bad. it means you are not suitable for being a server owner. stop blaming mojang for no reason, obviously you are just a little kid who doesn't care about players' opinions and just trying to make money. minecraft community and servers are utter cancer, as BuddyTheUser said.
what you are doing is wrong and soon we will get rid of worthless minecraft servers. get over it.
THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "DONATE AND GET A ***" AND "HELP STARVING CHILDREN AND GET A CHANCE TO WIN A ***" -

Woah woah woah, a representative of mojang calling others 'retard' ? Now this gives me a real reason to promote to others not to listen to mojang if that is how one of their employees has to act

after this, if I was grumm, I would find and murder this annoying waste of oxygen. -
Jun 27, 2014Rotasizx posted a message on EULA Revisited: an Updated Q&A From Mojangall these whining server owners made me laugh. EULA also says "if you are under 13 years of age, you should not use our website*", yet you are perfectly fine with selling something to little kids. you probably didn't even know that, or you don't care.Posted in: News

MINECRAFT END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
In order to protect Minecraft (our “Game”) and the members of our community, we need these end user licence terms to set out some rules for downloading and using our Game. We don‘t like rules any more than you do, so we have tried to keep this as short as possible. If you break these rules we may stop you from using our Game. If we think it is necessary, we might even have to ask our lawyers to get in touch.
If you buy, download, use or play our Game, you are agreeing to stick to the rules of these end user licence terms ("EULA”). If you don‘t want to or can‘t agree to these rules, then you must not buy, download, use or play our Game. This EULA incorporates the terms of use for the mojang.com website (“Account Terms”), our brand and asset usage guidelines and our privacy policy. By agreeing to this EULA you also agree to all parts of these three documents, so please read through them carefully.

Why does the news post in the forums never list all the changes properly? http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/14w26a
/fill
Block limit changed from 4096 to 32768 blocks.
*slow clap*
That's a really awesome new feature, it's eight times more blocks, that will allow to use the /fill command on big areas way more faster.
Also the debug world type sounds really interesting, but I haven't tested it yet.
can't you just write something without changing the text size? my eyes are bleeding. -

Everyone keeps saying "pay to win." I thought Minecraft was a sandbox game, and thus no way to "win"?
for example; if you are the last person alive on survival games, you win. don't make me explain that. -

I don't know about you, but I didn't purchase my account for wasting my hard earned money on pay to win servers. I purchased minecraft because I wanted to play minecraft.
and I want to say; if you are going to say "BUT U CN'T PLAY MINCRAFT MULTIPLAYA IF THERE NO SERVRS AND THERE WILL BE NO SERVAZ BECUZ THEY CANT PAY FOR THEIR SERVERZ", please don't bother to reply, or don't wait for me to reply. -

that explains a lot, actually.

your first sentence made my day.

"looking for people to do videos with" never works. do it with a friend or something, or you'll probably hate each other.

*something stupid about 2.0 comes after 1.9*
*fake herobrine thread*
I agree with you but please, for the love of shrek, remove that video from your post. it's childish.

good idea, bad execution. mineplex admins are pathetic, I doubt they even bother to use their brains.
0
calm down, I have goods news; your example means nothing because minecraft is not real life. I will not bother with your examples, like it or not it's cheating. you aren't supposed to know what's around you without exploring. why don't you spawn 64 diamonds so you don't have to search for them? please just stop suggesting cheats and let people play legit even if you don't.
1
I have a great idea; people should stop suggesting cheats every time someone asks for help.

teleportation? oh god no.
anyway, I think they should just remove fortune/looting and add something more balanced and creative, like depth strider. other than that, more stuff doesn't always make the game better. I'd rather have 10 unique enchantments instead of 50 clones.

You are confusing it with plugin API.
no they don't, what you said also has nothing to do with official mod support.
https://twitter.com/Dinnerbone/status/593841459222212608
"Just a reminder: there is no official way to mod Minecraft & we still do not officially support mods. We are still working on the plugin API"
0
...what? it's hard to tell if you are supporting the EULA or not.
2
it's just as bad.
personally I can't stand little kids and people who "donated" for gear. all those emo haired 2x2 eyed skins, ugh.
8
ugh, another "iz mincrift dyin" thread. I'm sick of seeing the same thread everyday, but people are not bored of creating another.
1- security updates are just as important. Mojang doesn't care for modders because they don't officially support modding. you don't seem to understand that minecraft is not built around modding, it's the opposite.
2- I'll just quote myself:
0
Mojang.

I'm pretty sure that's fixed.
