Awesome campaign storylines! Gosh I can't wait to play. So do you want to get in contact so we can modify the server storyline I made? I tried to make it open-ended so it's pretty much interpreted how you want. Try and find his base or not etc.

Aight, if you say so, Here Goes: Back in the First Age, when man was first discovering fire and the use of metal tools, a great man was born. This man had the potential to create epic structures with his bare hands. And so begins the legacy of Haldren. Haldren was born to his mother, Anglure. Anglure died in childbirth, and Haldren was raised by his Uncle Zeke. Zeke was a master in the art of smithing, and began to teach Haldren his ways. Haldren lived with Zeke until the age of fourteen. On the exact day of Haldren's fourteenth birthday, a vanguard of monsters pillaged his town. Haldren was the only known survivor of the attack. Zeke had secretly built an underground tunnel network in case something of the sort did come to pass. On that day, Haldren used the tunnels to escape the flaming city. Haldren used his knowledge of creating to make a simple wooden shack in the wilderness. Eventually Haldren's shack was found by monsters, and burned while Haldren was out hunting. Tired of having structures of wood that stood no chance against fire, Haldren set to research how to make stronger structures. Cobblestone was too weak versus the heavy fists of the zombies, and dirt was not strong enough to handle the explosions of the green suicide bombers. After some time working at perfecting a stronger stone, Haldren became angry. For five months he had not discovered anything of use! In a fit of rage, Haldren threw all his materials into a nearby furnace, and watched the things that had caused him so much frustration burn. However, Haldren saw something else as well. When the cobblestone had been heated sufficiently, it began to mold together, agian forming a smoother stone exterior. Haldren put the new "Smoothstone" to the test. The stone held up against extreme physical force, and had a high resistancy to explosions. By this time, Haldren was eighteen. Haldren took his newfound knowledge, and hired aseveral other nomads of the forest to assist him. With time, they cleared a plot of land and built a magnificent castle, entirely of Smoothstone. The walls were solid rock, and in the center stood a mssive tower nicknamed "Haldren's Peak". Over time, more additions were made, including a beautiful fountain and a wonderful garden. Many people came to live with Haldren. After four years, still no sign of any monsters was seen. Haldren knew they would come, and he lived in constant fear that his structure would not last. That year, near the middle of fall, the monsters came. In the night Zombies tried the walls, and found them to tough to break, the suicide bombers could barely punch a hole through as well, or at least not a big enough one so that Haldren's men couldn't easily patch it up. Haldren was ecstatic, believing that his invention had saved lives, and through the seige wrote journals of the happenings. It is said that the journals lie still in the castle. The monsters tried again and again to break through the walls, but they could not. They began to believe that Haldren's castle was invincible. A single skeleton, attempted to convince the others that there was a way. But as soon as they heard "Nether" they all deemed him insane. But through the next month, the monster command began to think, "What if the Nether could help us?", they mused. Eventually thier resistance crumbled, and they began working on a Nether Portal, a sinister device designed to suck in light, and emit darkness. After the completion of said portal, the monsters invited horrid creatures into the world. Floating white jellyfish, named Ghasts came through, shrieking thier twisted cries. The monsters directed the Ghasts at the castle, and the creatures filled the air with explosive projectiles. But these projectiles were like no other. The Ghasts' fire balls destroyed the walls and the monster army flooded in, looting, killing, and pillaging. It is said that Haldren's skeleton still remains in the cellar of the castle.

    Part Two:
The tender of the ruins, Rosh, woke one morning to an unfamiliar sight. Another human, cloaked in brown and black. Rosh told the newcomer of the ancient history of the ruins, and that they are not to be disturbed but to be studied. Together Rosh and this newcomer, Jon, researched deeper into Haldren and the monsters' pasts. Rosh believed that Haldren had not died that day, but instead had been taken by the monster army. Rosh convinced Jon to join him, and together the two set off to find the last resting place of the ancient architect. Coming upon the plains of the dead, Rosh informed Jon about that history as well. (Can be found further down) And the two searched about for a cave or dwelling of the old architect. Finding nothing, they returned to the ruins. It is rumored that the last resting place of the late Haldren the great is still hidden near the plains of the dead.

Plains of the Dead (History): The Plains of the Dead were the site of the last battle between King Dan the Great and the monster army. For five days and five nights, Dan and the monsters fought on the plains. flashing steel could be seen, as flaming arrows strobed the sky. The death calls of men and monsters alike sounded throught the land. Both armies took heavy losses, both from each other, and the guerilla faction. The pigs had seemed to be mostly peaceful, until the nighttime. The pigmen would enter both camps and show faces of corruption and horror. Men would claw thier eyes out, and monsters would jump into pits, to escape the horrible sights. After they were sufficiently scared, the zombie pigmen swept through, wiping out everything in thier path. Eventually the pigs were beaten back, but at heavy cost. With a final battle, Dan lit the plains on fire, burning everything in the monster camp. Now all that remains of the Plains of the Dead is a barren field of solid rock. The last resting place of Haldren is said to be found near the plains.

I pretty much just crafted the lore for the rp server. The writer in me bubbled up. We have King Dan the Great and Haldren, architect of Smoothstone castle, and Rosh, keeper of the ruins. Basically mobs (griefers lol) attacked the castle, used bombs looted it blah blah. I'll give you the whole story if you really want it. Just PM me.

Really Dan? You have done all that work and now your just gonna shut it all down and act like it never happened? I'm sorry but I think that's a really ***** thing to do. We don't give a **** if it takes you a year to finish. Code like one line a day, all we want is it released, and you got so many people hyped about this and now you just shut it down? What about donations? Why don't you give them back to the people who donated? Are you just going to keep their money? I mean people ****ing paid you to do this! THEY GAVE THEIR MONEY TO YOU WILLINGLY UNDER THE ASSUMPTION YOU WOULD PRODUCE A GOOD PROJECT. But now you just turn it all off. That's ****ing pathetic.

I really had hope for you Dan, but now I'm just disappointed.

I agree with the donations thing, in my eyes it is similar to stealing.

Exactly what I was getting at. And I can promise you he will most likely keep them. If I'm incorrect then yahoo but I suspect I am correct. Here will be part of his argument: "I produced both MC2D and Minecraftia: Factions sufficently to claim the money given."
******** ALERT!!! Dan If you have a shred of decency, you will give the money back.

Chunk render error it appears. Just a quick fix I would assume.
