Just wanted to post my experience so far. I've been a web designer for almost 16 years. I am no stranger to FTP and logging into webpages and cpanel and all that.
-Setup wasn't instant. It was "Pending" for several hours. I could still access some of my things, but they weren't functioning properly.
-Sent support about this ^. Got a reply back shortly, server migration. Okay, hopefully this isnt a frequent thing.
-FTP password was not working.
-Went to bed because i was too tired to deal with this any more.
-Got up, my account was "Approved and active"
-I still couldnt log in to anything. On top of that, instead of using the password I imputed, they gave me a CHINESE/Random character password. Like this -> h仆峌3+Z毇
-The FTP Info (Again, chinese password) they sent me didn't work at all. I had to reset everything THEN i could log in.
-I posted a request for hosting stating that I'd already tried hexichosting and It was giving me troubles... and then Hexic replied ADVERTISING HIS SERVICE, he didnt even READ my post!
Now that I'm in, memory is at 47% usage (of 1GB) with nothing loaded, virgin server. Seems a bit odd to me when I host my server of 1gb, it starts out at around 87% free.
I'm going to try it for a month and see how it goes. If there's downtime or lag at all, I definitely will be switching. It's been incredibly. unprofessional so far.
Well, you ordered when we was switching web hosts so the system could not activate any orders that were placed, you weren't the only one.., your password got corrupted during this switch a simple click of "Change Password" would fix such an issue.., if your server is craftbukkit anyone will tell you that the RAM would be highly used on 1GB better yet on a "Budget Node", if it is showing wrong just get essentials and do this command in game /gc. You are liable for your refund if you want it. And if you have issues why not open a support ticket first instead of posting on the forums? You opened one ticket saying "Why Still Pending", I responded with all the information you needed to know and shortly after your server was online.

I am looking for a host that will offer a decent amount of RAM able to accommodate 10-20 players 24/7 with no stability issues. Our current host has a lot of issues with stability so I we're looking to change.
