Inside the Galactic Center: 'Roll Call'
Because of the close proximity, the looming giant Galaxiship was able to 'tunnel-warp' to the Galactic Center.

As it emerged from a sudden wormhole-like vortex, the giant ship sent out a signal to all parties around it. With the appearance of unknown factions, translation matrixes were sent, allowed for much speedier and easier translation of the Draconian language, while the ship secretly hacked into data files.

((So a Battleship-X is about 100 miles long, and a Galaxiship is about... say, god-knows-how-big. It dwarfs a Battleship-X like a Battleship-X dwarfs a fighter.

    Quantum Gate 87-A1
The now fully-powered Quantum Gate officially and completely connected to the network of Sanctum<->87 Gates, and the giant ring suddenly lit up. Abruptly, the hollow, empty ring filled with purple-colored energy, swirling like a vortex from the center out, like a solar system. 10 minutes after connecting, vortex began... deepening. From the opposite side, there is nothing but a static-gray plane, but on the foreside, it has become a tunnel, rapidly hollowing, deepening. Within the minute, at the very center and farthest from the regular non-Quantum space, the purple gave way to light. As the Quantum tunnel continued hollowing, it quickly turned into a tunnel, of sorts, probably 40 kilometers in length. And at the very end of this tunnel-vortex, one could see a massive ship gliding through the vortex. 10 kilometers in diameter, the 'tunnel' was easily big enough for the ship that dwarfed any warship. The nose of the ship emerged from the 87th Galaxy's gate before half of it had gone through the Sanctum's Gate, it was so large.

The Galaxiship glided through, the speed of it bringing it through the gate in only a minute or two, and it rattled the nearby space stations as the giant engines passed. Only one for each galaxy found, the Council would say.

And this ship didn't do much of anything but manuever itself to be within a 200-kilometer range of the gate, and released 4 new, shiny, more advanced fleets to replace the 3 and a half fleets lost out of the initial 4. Inside of the ship, however, lay another 4 fleets, empty of crew, of power, simply waiting for more clones and Power cores to be shipped in to occupy them, however long that may take.

The Quantum Gate stayed open for another hour, Sleipnirs, advanced and outdated, passing through to bring the now-bulging amounts of resources from warhousing on the 87th Frontier planet's storage district to the Sanctum for redistribution.

Message broadcasted from the Galactic Center to the entire Milky Way Galaxy
"If you have not already met the race known as 'Draconians,' you soon will. Contained in this message is a data file with coordinates to a 'warp station' that have been teleported randomly across the galaxy, which lead to the Galactic Center. Here, the inter-galactic race of the Draconian Empires is taking teams of diplomats to the first Galaxy known to Draconians: The Sanctum. As the 87th galaxy, we wish to establish positive relations with all species for profitable and prosperous trade and support.

The Draconian Empire is that of a warring nation, but with too many wars, and so we wish that any and all races send their diplomat teams to the Galactic Center, whether by ship, or by warp gates. You are free to decline, though this may cause possibly-violent and devastating effects upon later first-contact.

As a summary, the Draconian Empire's representatives in this galaxy, being the 87th that they have entered and explored, wish that every sentient and space-faring race would send diplomat crews to your nearest warp gate to meet at the Galactic Center, to see the giant wealth of the Draconian Empire and its trade partners, as well as to establish permanent diplomatic, economic, militaristic, and political partnerships and alliances. Gifts will be bestowed to participating races that is thousands of years ahead of any of this galaxy's current tech levels.

May the stars shine bright around you, and may your intelligence never dull, your claws never weaken, and your armor never falter."

((Ok, just saying, but the pixies are pretty much f**ked in a war. Everyone's far, far bigger, which means that a Draconian fighter is waaaaay bigger than your fighters. Not meaning to beat the idea down, but you really might want to avoid ANY kind of conflict. At the sight of 2 inch tall humanoids, the [on average] 10 foot tall Draconians would either laugh, or stare openly.))

    High Guardian Drymoor's Office
((time to show how Draconians argue))
Drymoor stood at his holographic window, looking out across the digital representation of the Sanctum-03 Metropolis. While peaceful inside, his ears were bombarded by the twins.

"Drymoor, you will listen to me and my brother, or we will get you removed of office and send you down to the warfronts!"
Drymoor turned slowly, his first reaction to their entering and shouting half an hour before, and the brother quieted, stunned yet again at his calm malice and giant frame, being one of the biggest Draconians recorded.
"You will not address me as Drymoor, Advisers, you will address me as my title says, Advisers, or I will gut you like you should have been when you were IN TRAINING!"

The Guardian slammed his fist on the artificial reinforced metal desk that served as his workplace, denting the metal, and continuing.

"FROM LITTLE DRAKS DID I KEEP YOUR SORRY ***ES ALIVE, AND NOW YOU COME TO TRY AND REMOVE ME FOR NOT KILLING EVERYONE ON SIGHT? WE HAVE A DOZEN WARFRONTS THAT ARE BEGINNING TO LOSE GROUND, BECAUSE YOU SNIVELING LITTLE POLITICIANS DECIDED TO ALLOCATE MORE RESOURCES TOWARDS YOUR PALACES AND MANSIONS IN THE SANCTUM THAN TO THE FORCES OUT THERE IN THE 87TH, WHICH IS FILLED TO THE TOP WITH RACES THAT WOULD BE WILLING TO SELL THE GARGANTUAN AMOUNTS OF RESOURCES NEEDED TO STABILIZE THE VERY FRONTS THAT WE ARE NOW LOSING BECAUSE WE LOST THE ANTI MATTER RINGS!" Drymoor calmed, taking a deep breath and dismissing the 2 Draconian Guardian Troops from when they burst in at his shouting.

The twin advisers, however, glanced at each other, as if coming to a resolve.
"High Guardian, pack your bags. We have come to a decision and are going to remove you-"

But the twins, speaking in unison, were cut off, as the High Guardian called, "Guards! We have treason in our halls, get them out of here and execute them for Disruption of Military Resource Allocation, Harassment of a Draconian Official, and for the Disruption of Draconian Progress and Prosperity."

The 2 Guardians burst in, listened to the High Guardian about what to accuse the 2 Advisers of, and then grabbed the Advisers by the arm, before they could even comprehend they were saying.

As they turned to fight back, the High Guardian slipped out an energy pistol with the energy settings to low, and electrocuted them both, forcing them to unconsciousness.

    Quantum Gate Upgrades -4D & Galaxi-ship sized
As the new Quantum Gate is installed into the basic design of the old one, the Draconians rub their hands with pleasure... figuratively speaking, of course. They really just watched impassively, but still. The horrendous amounts of Construction Drones that flew through the cosmos, placing pieces here and there, removing old Quantum Gate pieces, flew like giant swarms, thick in one area, before streams of them branching off to other parts of the great ring that would soon become the Quantum Gate. Already, the dozen energy-modules that float a small distance away from the Gate at regular intervals were completed, and the great black cables that provided energy to the Gate already began to glow from the energy passing through to the nearly-finished Gate.

The Draconians on the Sleipnir nearby knew what would happen. As the nations in this galaxy expanded, they would receive more and more reinforcements to deal with an increasing amount of outside attacks. They wouldn't be fortunate enough to lose their supplies, and take out the attacking army in the process.

Speaking of which, thought the Field General, he need to order the parts for another 2 or 3, to show that they weren't intimidated.. and with all the stars in the middle of the Galactic Center...

24 hours later, the Gate was finished and started to power up and connect with a similar one in the Sanctum, and plans were being made for a whole new type of metropolis inside the Galactic Center.

((By the way, any trans-dimensional or Quantum gate will be monitored and controlled by Draconians. To attempt to keep them away from such a gate will lead to its destruction or forceful seize, because the threat of time-travel could destroy the universe as they know it, and everything within. They know the dangers of this, and aren't so power hungry as to utilize it for their own gain. Not even to forward their power.))

Command and Control, Frontier Planet 87
"Crap! What are we going to tell Central when they hear about the resources we need?!"
"They'll give us it for better intel and trade increase."
"Oh. In that case, order more resources. We need top-grade alloy for these things."
    "Aye, sir."

    ((Oh my god.))

((Quantum Gates could.... allow oneself to travel through time. With the theory of Quantum tunneling, in my mind, that 2 points can be connected without regard of time and distance, you could connect 2 points not on a 3-D scale, but on a 4-D scale. X axis, Y axis, Z axis, and the 'U' axis. The Time axis.))

((If I make a Quantum Gate in the middle of the Human-Equestrian-Draconian territorial triangle, in somewhat of a 'gray' zone, to allow faster and more efficient trade, as well as faster transportation, could I bring in reinforcements like materials in a Quantum Gate? You'd have access to Sanctum, where Sanctum 01-13, the 13 planets of the Sanctum Galaxy, where the Draconian's homeworld is, then could I have the instatravel? You'd have a shot at Sanctum-01, the homeworld.))

"Maybe that pee-colored planet down there."
"Why did they do that really weird manuever thing? Is it a ritual or something?"
"I think they were trying to throw us off."
"Do they really think they could just loose us like that?"
    "Can you shut up?"
    "I don't know, can I?"

The lead Cirrus shifts again, pointing towards the approaching the Cirrus ships.
"And what do you think you're doing? We have already made it apparent that we are having a diplomatic meeting in 6 months' time, not now. We are not armed for diplomacy, we only have a flight deck big enough for 6 fighters, filled with 4. And if you are referring to gold bars, such as the ones that you gave the humans, I believe, then you are mistaken. Gold is of little use anymore, other than decorative purposes. It no longer retains the same value by way of electronics or anything similar anymore, we use alloys for that."

Broadcasted to all: "The mass-diplomacy meeting will take place at our frontier planet, which you will receive the coordinates from the humans if you ask for them, in 6 months' time. From there, you will be ferried through a Quantum Gate to the Sanctum. The Sanctum is dozens of galaxies away, and is the metropolis of the universe."

    Draconian Response
The Cirruses that remained uncloaked turned towards the ship that sent the message, and cloaked themselves, just to spite them. They approached, halving the distance, before reappearing. A message is broadcasted: "We mean no harm, unless you provoke us, of course. However, we will wait for the diplomatic meeting. We are having something like a mass-diplomacy meeting soon, in 6 months time, if you would wish to attend. Several other races will hopefully be in attendance."
