jobicade posted a message on "Dyed" Wooden swordI prefer the idea of just a simple generic sword which can't be obtained in survival, which would be very useful for adventure or PvP maps. This, however, doesn't really make that much sense, nor are people going to need it in survival, so I think it's better for creative only.Posted in: Suggestions - To post a comment, please login.

EDIT: My problem's been solved. Just take Optifine out of the mods folder or turn off Fast Rendering.
I've had this issue for a while now and I cannot for the life of me figure it out. I've searched the entire internet but I can't find a solution that works.
Basically my issue is, is that when I open up Minecraft, it looks normal, but when I click on any buttons, it looks like this:
When I try to open up a world or a server, the title screen flashes over and over again, which is really hurting my eyes. It looks like this:
I have a Lenovo Ideapad Z510, with Windows 8.1 and I believe I have the latest version of the Intel HD Graphics drivers, and I know this because I updated them 10 minutes ago but it didn't solve the problem.
This seems to happen no matter what shaderpack I'm using, what shaders mod I'm using, or if I even have forge installed.
About 3 months ago I installed shaders on my computer (Before I had to reset it...) and it worked fine, but it wouldn't render the sky.
I assume it's either because it only works on an old version of the graphics drivers I'm using, or it only works on other graphics drivers.
Please excuse my extreme stupidity, I don't know too much when it comes to Minecraft Shaders.
