Not possible & not due to licensing, but due to memory restraints, the PS3 has 256mbs allocated to the game & 265mbs allocated to everything else, the 360 has 512mbs total & 487mbs allocated to the game, 35mbs is allocated to the guide & system features like party chat, this is the reason why PS3 still doesn't have cross game party chat.

walk through a jungle & you will get frame drops, 25 item frames on a wall cause frame drops also.

Incorrect, this maybe how it's meant to work but it does not, I transferred over some saves & I start at the original spawn location with nothing & if I let my pad turn off I get a box in the centre of the screen with pad 2 flashing, so it's assigned me to player two.
also it doesn't transfer all setting over from the 360 save, adventure mode (ie no mobs spawn at all (not selectable ingame, not sure why considering its in there been asking for this option since the adventure update)) doesn't work, so my redstone world is being flooded with sheep, pigs & cows.

only thing you can do is not sync & create a new save & then remove both saves (local & cloud)

All you can do is transfer your save (via the cloud) to a new Xbox using the same profile.
note, if you change your profile name ie, pay £8 all saves will still work.

Saves are stored on the internal HDD at all times, so people can't save hack. This is why this gen everybody (not just Gold members) get cloud save support.

(that's how every other XB1 game works)
also so remember to factory reset your console before handing it in.
only thing the user can do with save are as follows.
1) Delete from console.
2) Delete everywhere. (ie, from the HDD & the cloud.)

1) Sound effects to quiet or to loud, foot steps are not existent & opening doors try's to blow your speakers.
2) Animals glitching out of fenced off areas. (still not fixed it would seem)
3) Maps resetting on reloading of the world. (ie, I have to visit all 25 regions of the world again, for the maps to show example)
4) Placing blocks has a delay of half a second. (Delayed sound)
5) Redstone at the edge of chunks issue. (stays powered even if no power is supplied)
6) Hostile mobs spawning in creative on peaceful. (can't remember if they done this before, I stopped playing the game when the XB1 was released)
7) Framerate shuddering, this shouldn't be happening at all. (Wall with 25 picture frames & when in a jungle biome cause shuddering)
This is not a bug, but a request. Can we get a option to stop all mobs or select hostile or peaceful mobs spawning in creative, redstone world here & all I get its mobs everywhere.

frame rate jitters, can see this when having a wall of 25 frames.
extreamly quiet sound for player movements & sometimes mining & player interaction.
(not sure if the latter is worse on imported maps or not)
also not a bug, but I thought mobs were going to be stopped from spawning in creative, or an option added? (To bool value is already there, to do it)

The above I can only get to work on old worlds, I tried it on a new world I made & no such issue.
