Today I am here to gather some mature and experienced staff for a server. Since it is in it's restarting stage, the staff needs to be dedicated and long lasting. I want to make a great community.
The server does have a couple of staff members, however more are needed to pull this off.

The server is running 1.8 - 1.12
The server is going to mainly a network server with many games such as Skyblock, a Blitz Original Mini games, Blitz PvP.
All our game plugins are created by our wonderful Cake Developer.
Discord is a must along with a mic to make coordination easy and fast. For builders, I can manage without mic however life becomes easy with mic, so recommended. The usual requirements follow for any position such as experience and respect and all that. Further requirements are laid out on the application form.

Please make it very detailed and include pictures of past builds.

Powers Are being made as you read this.
The server is going to mainly be survival based. The players will get some sort of power when they start, ideally it should be random. If they want to change that power, they will have to earn some sort of level first before they get a chance. So there would be levels and these levels will be synced between discord and minecraft.
Now people can earn these levels from killing others, selling in shop, from votes, some sort of hourly game or quest, and some other ways can be decided on later. People can use these levels to get something else as well such as special enchanted items. We can have economy as well so people can earn money to buy stuff.

- About Yourself: I can handle a lot! I am going to be a Junior in High School. I Manage stage crew (Audio, Lighting) for the shows and created stage sets (VERY CREATIVE) . After all that I think I can help manage a server! I Can also settle any disruptions or arguments between players and staff.
- Why are you interested in joining us: Minecraft has been a great hobby for me and I just want to help people with there server, with builds. I love joining small upcoming servers because you become a part of a community and share an experience that you wouldn't get playing on a huge server. I can cooperate with people but also pitch in ideas for the community. I'm pretty good at whatever you throw at me and can work around anything
- Why you should be accepted: I am very hardworking and will do everything that I can personally do to be a good person to everyone. i also love creating cities and towny is by far my favorite plugin. RPG is also why i love Minecraft you get to be something more. Also if you need me to do something I don’t know I will learn how to do that.
