Did you look in the crash-report folder for a report?
Yeah I did, but can't find out what was causing that.

Some time ago I was playing normally the version 1.18+ modded, but suddenly my game doesn't open anymore.
The launcher closes and neither the game or a crash screen appears. When I click the launcher again it instantly opens and show a crash report with error code 1 and sometimes -1. How can I solve this?
I've already tried use other launcher types (CurseForge) but it didn't worked too.
Do you mean the assets folder in .minecraft or somewhere else? The file path C:\Users\axer1\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\assets\minecraft doesn't exist for me.
Not exactly.
To change this you need a folder other than .minecraft, to compress and then put it in the resourcepacks folder (.minecraft/resourcepacks)
Typically files that change textures and features look like this:
The "Default 1.18.1" would be the resourcepack name
As in your case you want to change the GUIs, I took a screenshot of the folder you need.
Any extra questions, try looking for a video on youtube, as it's a simple topic. You should find several videos about it.
I had already made 3D models like this, and I had the same problem. I decided to create this very simple one to be able to ask here if there is any way to solve it.
The block on the left was supposed to be the same as the one on the right
It seems like you made a mistake while UV mapping. I'm thinking some faces might be too low on the texture map, and so are picking up a bit of whatever is below them in the texture sheet. But again, without seeing your actual model file, not a screenshot, I'm just guessing.
Another thing to check would be to make sure that UVlock is set to "false" in your blockstate file, though I kinda doubt that's the problem in this case.
Again, please help us to help you.
Sorry for the lack of information XD
But you were right, kind of silly of me not to notice that the UV map was wrong.
Thanks again to you for helping us with these issues.
If you want help, you'll have to explain to us what your intentions are and what is happening differently than expected. I also suggest posting your actual files so what we can see what you've done instead of just making guesses based on screenshots. More information is always preferable to less.
Please help us to help you.
Sorry for my misunderstanding! What is going wrong is this gray part (which is not in the texture file)
some images...
A print of the model with the texture currently being used
The gray part was not supposed to be there, besides that some pixels are invisible.
I was making a 3D model for the sugar cane but something happened to the texture in-game. I don't know if it has something to do with the color map or something, but I don't know how to solve it.
As far as I know that's not possible. It used to be in early snapshots but they changed it.
Well, I searched a few places about resource packs that change that, some of them took away that black border. it could be one of those old snapshots. Thanks for your help.
Any new news about this I would be happy to receive
I was working on a custom spyglass model to look like a camera, but I had a problem with the texture when you use spyglass. I don't know how to change it correctly, I need help. (Remove the black sides/increase the image size to stop being a square texture)
I don't know if there's a way to do all this, but I've seen that some resource packs do.
(The use of optifine is indispensable, any help can include its use)
_eyes only works for mobs that are programmed for that in the base game.
I'm not sure why _e wouldn't work. Where is zombie_e located? Looking at your screenshots, if the zombie model JEM refers to the texture alongside it in the CEM folder, perhaps you should move the the zombie_e texture file to there for it to work, if you get what I mean.
I really don't know why I didn't think about it before, because it worked! Thank you so much for your help, even though it's something silly at times
I'll make the model more worked later, thanks for the help
The suffix needs to be used in the name of the texture file for it to work. So name it "zombie_e" instead.
My thought was that _eyes would work, as minecraft itself uses this method. I also tested it only with the _e that you said, but it didn't work either.
In the meantime I put an emissive texture on the ores, and it worked. I really don't know what's going on.

Without mods it works fine, but as soon as I install only one the game doesn't open.

Yeah I did, but can't find out what was causing that.

The file is on the same folder as cem, random etc (assets/minecraft/optifine). And the suffix is the default: _e
