Oddly enough I've hosted with this before and I've played quite a bit of Minecraft (even had upwards of at least fifty videos, thirty minutes each) footage on my computer in the past. Since updating my version to the one that first introduced banners, it's been nothing but a glitchy mess. RAPTR is not installed and yeah it was a useless thing so I opt out of even installing it this time thank god hah.

Now you see the problem for me started back during again the update that introduced banners. Around that time unexplained world-holes started to appear in "everyones" game apparently, so I down graded to one of the low 1.7 verisons. I can run all the 1.7 versions just fine on that note, and I've tried to run 1.8+ with several different GPU's that I originally had installed, and none of them seem to make a difference.

That's the only reason I'm looking at the game since it's using Java-script and Java has been (if you're ever into coding this is spoopystuff) a programming nightmare for many people.

So I just tried a fresh install of Java and Minecraft, and now this is what I'm getting. Do note I can run **** like Far Cry 4 and MGS5 on ultra-high with no problems, this is getting ignorant. Also note this is just what happens when I ****ing spawn in the game. This is a brand new world, and I've not been able to play Minecraft since 2013 cause of this ********. Am I going to finally get some help, or are the admins/mods really that asinine that they'll just warn or ban me instead of helping?

Apparently I'm being "warned" not to post on the forums anymore as well.

Is that what this community boiled down to?

    - Spoiled brats

    - Mod developers to make the game more like Call of Duty

    - Arrogant moderators and admins

    - Bronies and cringey people

Really? Instead of HELPING someone all I'm getting is messed with over posting? Wonderful!

So apparently Minecraft is dead in the water.

    - Support is broken, no one cares.

    - Community is broken, no one cares.

    - 2.8 (aka 1.8) and every update after that refuses to function (extreme block lag upon start up, black screen where you fall through the terrain, even on single player this happens).

I'm fairly certain the game has gaping issues as my Java and Minecraft versions are both in working order. I've done nothing abnormal to my Minecraft folders or files, I've tried a completely fresh install where I delete both Java and Minecraft and reinstall them, and nothing gets rid of these errors. Maybe my computer is so advanced that it simply regards Minecraft as a chunky piece of, I don't know.

If anyone has anything to offer, please do so. Give me faith that the community isn't as as the developer and support team, or I'll just assume this is another awesome game that died due to the CoD-level of fans (aka the ignorant, worthless, deathmatchlul type of man children).

No one takes it seriously because this website is turning into a social media outlet with furries and bronies in charge...

The attachment below should help people a little bit with what kind of specs I'm getting in single player alone. Do note that the game does crash upon loading in single player, but when I host even a vanilla bare-bone .jar server, man it destroys it.

I don' think anyone is taking this issue seriously, but it's still going on and I've tried this on several PC's now, all of which were running different OSes.

Mojang, Microsoft, someone get on this problem and at least give me some confidence that SOMEONE cares to figure out what this is. I can only do so much on my end.

[Edit] -- I've encountered a new error as well. Single Player appears to be completely corrupt at this point, unknown reasoning why, here are some pictures of a fresh world in 2.8.3 (aka 1.8.3)

Back again with a new error message. This time I removed the run.bat file entirely and tried it again with pure vanilla.

My Minecraft will work on its own in Single Player, but I can no longer host. Again I used to host since 1.7.3 back in the day (this is considered 2.8.3 at this point, not my fault Mojang can't number), and I used to host 2.6.1/4 and even 2.7 / 2.8 - so I'm not sure what really happened.

Is it the version of Minecraft that's slowly going to ****, or is there another issue that can cause all sorts of different issues (look at all the pictures - its a completely randomized issue).

    Hey guys.

I'm trying to host a public minecraft server and no one can connect to it. I port forwarded TCP and UDP

I'm not a n00b. Please don't give me "Read how to portforward" or give me a link to a help site.

    Server console: http://pastebin.com/mfhp0Gqw

    Some screenshots:

Aside from your poor choice of language (aka n00b), I'm going to give you fair warning that you'll never find a solution to this kind of thing. Mojang abandoned Minecraft, Microsoft isn't debugging it, the community is a bunch of underage retards, and I've had a thread up about this same issue since 2.8.1 (aka 1.8.1) came out.

Tried it again with a fresh copy of Minecraft (deleted the .minecraft folder entirely), got a new copy of the Minecraft server .jar file, annnnd this is the kind of problem I'm facing.

    - Random disconnection

    - Strange lag

    - Block misplacement

    - Nothing is working

Again I'm running a 64x Windows 7 operating system, using the latest Java and Minecraft files. Can someone please help me with this?

I say 2.8.1 because we've already had a 1.8.1 beta, Mojang might not be able to count but I can hah.

And I heard it was far different from the command line you gave - as if they had a specific one for 64x Operating Systems and yes I am using the .jar from the download site.

They're using the same version I am; and we can connect to other servers, though it doesn't always work.

I can tell it isn't a localized issue - but does anyone have any ideas or solutions? Should I just delete the .minecraft and java folders / uninstall java and go full clean with it?

Also does ANYONE know the coding for an x64 system? The run.bat file needs a specific code to increase the memory usage but Mojang/Microsoft and 90% of the community doesn't know (or say) jack about it.

Now you know why I'm confused; if the entire thing is vanilla, what could the problem be? Is there a specific run.bat code I should use for a Windows 7 x64 bit machine to give my server file more memory or something? I know that "could" be an issue, but ****-all if anyone has a code for it.

The client hasn't been modified, other people can join but they get a horrid amount of lag. During my time hosting on prior versions they never had those issues.

Java Version 8 Update 31 (Build 1.8.0_31-b13) for x64 bit Windows 7 Home Pro.

And I'm using the most updated .jar files for Minecraft.

I'm finding this issue to be a very critical one now; I've done extensive testing with some of the updated mods out there, and so far nothing has changed aside from the fact I can't really host at this point.

Is there an official thread for this or is everyone running around like a chicken with their heads cut off?
