Incredible mod, however I ran into an issue, forgive me if this was already closed, but whenever I save and exit, the blocks are nowhere to be found, however their collision still exists. I'm using default settings for minecraft, and was using creative mode. The issue persisted even without mods.
I installed the mod and it works fantastically.
Problem is, whenever I copy generator setting to clipboard and set server type to BWG4, I get a default looking landscape. Nothing Like I was expecting, it's as if the mod had no effect on the server at all.
To compensate, I tried to port generated maps from singleplayer into the server folder, it worked out until I flew several chunks forward and discovered that the server started to generate normal biomes.
It's nice to see a simple, reasonable suggestion in the forums!
Thank you, I intend to keep it as it is for my perspective. If this idea is noted the designers will have their own views when it comes to additional implementations.
Thanks for the support, I think this would be an incredible addition to Minecraft's already beautiful landscapes, and the upcoming large biomes. The thought of gargantuan clouds looming over the distance; casting shadows(if) over a majestic steppe is making me incredulous.
One day in Minecraft I was looking towards the clouds and saw how much more potential they could hold. I thought; what if they were more diverse, and had depth? looking into the distance would never be the same again.
Instead of the generic repeating clouds on the texture pallet why not change the existing clouds to a more satisfying and realistic approach. I spent a couple minutes on fireworks and made a small example of what i'm talking about:
Imagine the terrain generator, but in the sky; specifically there for the clouds. With this you'll never see a familiar pattern again!
This has many plus side points including aesthetics of course. I think the most important one is that it makes the sky feel less small and cramped, the depth this can give will literally create a new outlook on Minecraft.
I agree, the first time I saw the swamp biome I took notice. It seems a bit incomplete and open, it doesn't have a complete swamp ambience.
To add to this there should be environment sound effects such as the distinct ribbit sound from a toad, at night the forest lights up with cricket sound effects, fireflies...etc
The foliage should be taller and much closer together than usual. Add the occasional tree stupm from a sunken or broken tree such as:
Summary:
Close forest spaces.
Frequent water.
Insect and frog ambience determined by day/night.
Fireflies.
Tall short tree types.
Broken tree stumps.
More submerged trees in shallow water.
I tried making a clan like this, at least tried suggesting my friends into making one partially because I kept making pigman skins for them. Glad someone made one.

Edit:
I was using 10.1.
I looked into the little bug referral forum, and you stated that it's fixed in 10.2? That 10.1 for 1.9.4 is still bugged?
