Quote from MamiyaOtaru »so here's the thing. Forge, Optifine and Liteloader all work well together. If they don't, there's either a problem with one of them, or you aren't installing them correctly. Either way, the Forge, Optifine and/or Liteloader thread is the place to ask about it. This thread is about a minimap, and problems specifically relating to the minimap. Questions about how to get other APIs or mods to work together should be asked in the threads of those other APIs or mods

I'm not going to say don't discuss it here. But those mods/APIs respective threads will be a far better place for info on how to get them installed and working together

I apologize. It was not my intent to hijack the thread for other's mods. I was trying to figure out how others were able to put them together when I can't seem to make them work for the life of me. However the main reason for that is I couldn't use your mod without Optifine as well as I had the black water issue mentioned earlier. I for some reason was also running on version 1.3.0 and your updated 1.3.3 seems to have fixed my problem. Thank you very much for your map, it is quite amazing and we all appreciate your efforts.

Do you mean the install they say in the first post? Because I'm having a hell of a time trying to get Voxelmap to play nice with everything. I have forge and liteloader doing fine, but I can't get Optifine to load with it, which gives me the black water issue someone else mentioned that Opti fixed. If I use forge and Opti together in anyway it crashes at any loading of a world.

I think it would make a good mod. Mostly just an in game usable MCedit but I don't see it working right.

In creative if would work, but you might as well just have it instant then. In survival it seems to defeat the purpose of the game. It makes for a much less time extensive experience reducing the "challenge" of the game. This of course being my opinion. I appreciate the "grind" in games to get somewhere or do something impressive. Not just how big and how perfect you can make something. If it poofs into existence or is done in your sleep it changes it entirely in my opinion.
