If someone could answer this fellow's question I'd be very pleased too. My issue is that I'm having block ID conflicts and I went to change the ID's in my config folder and realized that it apparently doesn't exist, or it's somewhere weird where I can't find it. O! Ye Gods of the Minecraft forums! Please help us!
