That seems a tad...Large. The example in the video I saw was tiny in comparison. It used three levers,which must be in the correct position to disengage the lock. However,that alone didn't open the door;a button had to be pressed in order to initialize the circuit. If the levers are in the correct position when the button is pushed,the door opens. On the inside,theres a button that,when pressed,closes the door behind,and a pressure plate that when stepped on DOESN'T close the door,but opens it so the user can easily exit.
Yeah. I want that system,but the guy in the video was very difficult to understand due to a rather thick accent (I suck at understanding them),and the subtitles were...Out there,to say the least.
Well...I play on an SMP server (it's private,so don't ask for the IP) and I found a BOATLOAD of Redstone (and 8 diamond in one vein,but that's beside the point). I decided that,once my current mine is tapped (one main "trunk" that goes several hundred blocks,and a "branch" every six blocks) I'll mine someplace else. However,since my first mine is in my home,which is secure (very remote and hidden),I'll have some security issues with the second mine.
So,I said, "Self,I need a combination lock. One that I can either reset once I enter,or close behind me." I found a video on youtube...But I can't understand the guy in the video for the life of me. So,if anyone has a link to a video that's easy to understand which instructs on creating a lock,or (prefferably!) an image of a schematic for a lock,I'd be grateful. If an image,I'd rather it be in the same format as the Redstone Circuits page on the Minecraft wiki.
I love Minecraft. To me,the good points outshine the flaws in the game. But lately,there was one thing that,for the first time I've done for Minecraft,compelled me to make my displeasure in something known.
For me,the game crashes very often. And,as we all know,on a crash,the player's position and inventory are saved,but the land geometry resets itself. This makes Minecraft unplayable for me. Yes,I realize that I'll never be at want for resources again,but I'll have to live in a natural cave.
I want to live in something of my own marvellous creation. These crashes deny me that pleasure. If anyone else has encountered this as of late,please,let others know. If you know of a way to fix this issue,please,post it here. And Notch,if you end up reading this,please investigate how the game was destabilized,and try to correct it.

When did I ever say this was offensive? I mean, I'm directing this at everyone. I didn't reference Nazi's or Hitler (godwin) once. I just said there's a swastika. I also didn't say Notch put it there on purpose. So why am I ignorant? And that is a sweet chart by the way.
It was very heavily implied you meant the "Nazi Germany" connotation of the swastika by your OP and thread title. So,unless it was a very tragic accident,everyone who views this thread will come to the (probably correct) colclusion that you're ignorant of faith systems outside your own.

They're called squids. They were around for a while now,but only spawn in water. They drop ink sacs,used as black dye. Squid hunting is dangerous,however. You could drown quite easlity.
