This. I can't afford it ATM.
Really this should be at most $5, or 99 cents to compete with its direct iOS competitor, Eden: World Builder. -

Because it's an Xbox with Kinect.
Basically, you need a mouse & keyboard/controller to play Minecraft properly.
Kinect? I don't see it being fun. You could exercise your arms though. - To post a comment, please login.

Take your notes and find a Minecraft clone to mod?

Yep, and then they constantly run in lava. Beautiful.

It was a dream endings always make me feel bad. The ones I've experienced were particularly bad. As in telling me to go live real life and whatnot. I'm not here to go have real life when I'm playing a game. I'm here to play a game and get absorbed into the game world/my goal/my own story, in the case of Minecraft.

Except on the larger servers, the users that did pay for the extra content wouldn't play of those servers simply because they can't use their new content. There might be a Bukkit plugin that allows the content to be hosted on a different map that is only accessible to users who purchased the new content. Best situation serverwise would be to allow anyone to use the new content on the server, but the DLC wouldn't appear in single player. Of course then people that pretty much exclisively play multiplayer won't have to pay a dime.
Also, I was saying what was going to happen if servers were locked to some users based on DLC.

That is why I absolutely hated Mo' Creatures. Because most of the regular mobs in that (lions, bears, etc.) are essentially zombies with a different texture and mesh that have no real unique way to fight them. It got old incredibly fast.
I know what the ending is about. I was suggesting an ending that might fit a bit better with Minecraft.

So basically then MC becomes pay-to-multiplay. Because we all know full well that nearly every server (especially the actually good ones) are going to have all the latest content at most a few days after its release. It's basically just giving the finger to the Beta players who can't afford/don't want some new update.
No.

I thought it was a feel bad ending, actually.
A custom generated ending that is created based on what major things the player has accomplished, such as finding Diamond for the first time, or getting to the Nether?

Yeah, I just thought of a plotline in one, large run on sentence. Maybe the bosses would be found in various locations? And they would be one time spawns, that only spawn around a specific coord on world generation? And there would be like five different places it could spawn on world generation?
When you have millions upon millions of dollars I doubt he is going to spend all of that on developing a single game. Besides, it is going to be updated after the full release.

Look closely near that cactus under the first one.

Would be good for Adventure maps though.
