I'm guessing you're not in the habit of regularly updating your drivers, especially those for your graphics card

My graphics card is fairly new, the driver should be up to date. I will check though, couldn't hurt.

Edit: My graphics card driver is up to date.

Issue with players and items in game, neither show up.

In this SC I am using Seus V10 RC7 Ultra, but the problem was there on _Zeeekes v10 RC7 Settings 1.0_ Shader Pack as well. I am running Optifine HD U D3. This is my character standing, holding a pair of iron leggings. Directly in front of me on the ground is a white wool item, which you can barely even see a shadow of. Sometimes players show up white and in multi player I have seen the items as large, pale white/black frames attached to the hand. The only thing installed, other than the shaders and optifine, is Reis Minimap. (the issue existed before I input this.)

I installed manually, Optifine then shaders then reis.

Anyone have a clue how to fix this?

When will people see this garbage is not a texture pack. It is a butchered version of default minecraft for the most pathetic excuses for minecrafters next to hackers. Go use a real texture pack like Misa's, Ovo's rustic redemption, or LB Photo Realism. This garbage belongs in a trash folder at the best.

I had this for 1.4.7 using mcpatcher and it was fine but now on 1.5.1 it crashes when I log onto minecraft but it was a great fps booster when it did work

Optifine and MCpather do similar things, one normally breaks the other (at least partially) or they used to, at least. You may have made a mistake, or they may be incompatible. If I remember, when you patched with MCpatcher while having Optifine installed, Opti broke. One or the other, you don't need both. They do a lot of the same things.

Server is actually quite fun to play on, mostly friendly players, not hardcore pvp rape-fest you see on others. The pvp arena does not affect your F power, which is quite nice really. The shop is good for selling items, though the prices are all VERY expensive (or cheap for selling) which is mostly the point. Only donators can have actual shops, which is quite stupid. BUT you can still just advertise your items in the chat. All in all I think I'll enjoy continuing to play on this server, and I suggest you join in.

Also, Diamond armour is progressing, with the helm mostly done. I'm going to incorporate a bit of the ornate workings of the Iron door style in the leather that supports the diamonds. (I don't like the idea that somehow one manages to melt and reshape diamonds to be a solid piece).
However, I'd like the general opinions of this mod group with the chest/leggings: Ought I do it in a style of scale mail with diamonds, do a large set of diamond plates, with almost no non-diamond gaps, or 'option c'? I can't decide which way would look better.
Claws: I have produced armor for every set, and after reading.. I'd really like to see how yours is going. I might even want you to add some of those designs to y own armor if you would. Do you have a skype?

    I like this pack, but I got a few suggestions;
    1. Round Sun / Moon, please.
    2. Needs cloud textures. Hope you got something planned.
    3. Oak/Pine/Birch leaves and trunk textures would be nice.

I actually like the rustic look of this compared to the... Medieval European look of DokuCraft.
We do have the wood trunk textures.

it goes in the "mob" folder, but its strange, you have to put it in another folder called "enderdragon"

so: OVOS > mob > enderdragon

and it has to be called "crystal"
im not sure it will recognize it as its named now... sorry
Thankyou, and I knew I would have to rename it.

why are you being so harsh??? I'm an trying to help this texture pack with constructive criticism. what if I cant make textures??? i want to use this pack as it is my favourite pack but it is becoming less and less like the original art and looks different styles to the other textures.
Opinions: everyone has them. you think you're the first person to comment saying "these textures aren't so great.." If you don't like them, MAKE SOME. don't complain. I have a GTFO attitude, so GTFO I do not care about your opinions. If you can't texture don't insult people who can, the textures that have been contributed took time and skill, and were uploaded when someone was proud of them, to have a chance of being included in the customizer, not to be insulted.. You aren't going to help this pack in any way unless you contribute it. The End.

no offence but i think it's starting to look less rustic and less like ovo's
congratulations! your opinions matters to someone! you. if you don't want to add to the pack don't criticize it. And since when is anyone able to speak for Ovo? Do you know him in person? Did he look over your shoulder and say "hey! they're continuing my pack! Oh... Ew I don't like that at all"? Because I highly doubt it.'

actually they changed the texture for the glyphs now http://www.minecraft.../wiki/Sandstone If you play on vanilla you can see.
the first has a creeper face on top followed by ... i honestly cant tell, below it, i think letters or runes, and the second is smooth, like the top of the vanilla sandstone.

but if you want me to do the other way i'll definitely do it.
Oh, I'm sorry I hadn't noticed that.. thanks for pointing it out.

I opened the terrain_nh and you are quite right! it is easy to figure out, I already edited it so the bump-mapping matched my own textures instead of alts. I also whipped up some bump-mapped images from the alt wood planks I use, another variation of bricks (and nether bricks) and my enchanting table too. I might try my hand at a few more.

when will the 1.2.4 be out?
Read a few pages back.. When the customizer is updated, or you can just throw the textures into the files yourself, it's easy.

Hey Folks! First post on here because I love Ovo's mod, and want to help make it better.

I think someone's already done one along the lines of what I'm about to post, but here's my take on the new colours of wood:

    I hope you like it!

I liked your textures.. so I simply made a somewhat transparent of the other version, adding the yellow hue to the birch planks, but keeping a lot of your noise.

I also found that there WAS a different set of planks, I dont use the default Ovo planks, but another that was in the customizer, So I made updated versions of them as well:

since this wood is already in the customzer, seems fit to have the updated textures of it.

Edit: Sorry, I did not intend to double post. I thought it would throw it into my other post like it seems to do frequently.

i thought i'd take a whack at the hieroglyphs

the smooth one i think needs more work though, any ideas?
In the default texture the first glyph depicts (from top left corner to right) A villager, and a creeper. and on the bottom (from left) An eye, and a simple square. The second block shows horizontal lines in a waxing then waning design, I thought you could use that to make an Ovo version of it. I tried my hand at it but it wasn't "great", I thought you could do better, since so far all of your textures have been good.

Why would we give them reddish hue? :< That's kinda unrealistic, isn't it? I'm no tree expert.
I used to chop wood with my dad to heat the house. Actually Oak can get red, pine is a much lighter color on the inside (wierd right) but that's down where I live(texas) but yes trees can be red (hence redwood trees :3)
