Redownloaded it from scratch and tried to open 1.14.4 from the newest version of the launcher. loads til about this point and then crashes, giving me this:https://imgur.com/YlqPxFn
To start this off, and i'm sure this is what helps, I am currently using the old minecraft launcher. Newer one doesn't even launch minecraft properly so I've given up using it and downloaded the old one.
It properly launches every other version of minecraft, but weirdly not 1.14.4.
when trying to launch 1.14.4, it stays stuck on "preparing..." for hours and hours and never downloads 1.14.4 and launches. I've even kept it running over night once and it never actually went past preparing.I have backed up my minecraft folder and deleted it, forcing minecraft to re download clean folders, still didn't work, I've been patiently to try to fix it on my own but I've finally just given up and seek the forums help :')
