My upgrades aren't working for some reason. I'm using beta forge for 1.9. (My 1.8.9 game mod upgrades fine, but not the 1.9.) I can make the new chests, but when I make upgrades and try to use it, I highlight the upgrade icon, and right click, but it just opens the chest, it doesn't alter it. Weird.

I used the z command to enable flight, but my control's xray section doesn't have a place to put a keybind to start flight. It goes from
cave mode (c), to
speed up (right arrow)
slow down (left arrow)
I managed to activate it once during a keyboard flail (<--fumble fingers), but have no idea what I pressed.
I'm using the new xray with the editable coordinates, but no place to put the fly keybind... wanna screenshot?
Nevermind, I'm using version 7. Will update.

Is there anyway to allow you to move while the map is up? I've been playing for a long time, and my in game map is filled out for chunks in all directions of my start point. I have flying, so my preferred way to map is go up above tree level and move around until the black goes away, and the game maps let me do this. Your map, I have to open it, see where the nearest black is, close it, and go in that direction and hope that I hit it. Don't get me wrong, its a fantastic addition to the game experience, but it seemed frustrating to make it fully useful (ie, all filled out).

I would like to see an option to toggle the minimap to track the crafted waypoints from your other mod. =)

One thing I used X-Ray for was spotting those little one room dungeons underground. I was looking for 'Mossy Cobblelstone', but in 4.4, I didn't see that on the block list. I saw 'Moss Stone', but I don't know if those are the same thing.
And something minor, but might be easy to do... it feels odd to change the block list then exit or change to another list without a confirmation. When you break away from editing a list, can you throw in a "Are you sure?/No" or "Confirm?/Cancel" box so the user is assured the changes have been made?

Hmmmm. When I hit launcher options, it closes only a few seconds later, without giving me a change to see all the settings.
Samsung Galaxy tab 4 8.0, Kit Kat 4.4.2, Non-rooted. It puts the wrench on the screen, but does nothing else.
So I thought my problem was the free version, and I bought the pro version that does the same thing. I was quick and turned it on safe mode and now it says it's crashing, which it didn't bother saying before. $3.30 for this? /frown.

Thank you for the reply. It's fixed, I did something funky like trying to rename it while installing and it borked but good. I reinstalled it half a dozen times and it's working now. =)
Also I blocked cobblestone by adding !cobblestone to xray text.
How do you make a custom list? Can I simply add a text file starting with an unused letter and have it just show valuable stuff, (various ores and chests, minus coal and iron) when I push p for instance?

So I'm new to minecraft, just got 1.8.7 this month. I'm running vanilla except for r3d.craft 32kpixel textures, and eben ores. I installed Xray, but none of the commands worked, (C,X,L, or R). On page 102 of this thread, Ambient Occlusion discussed modes, and posted a sample xray.txt. I went into .minecraft/config and there was no xray directory, and therefore no blocks directory under that. I made a new profile, and manually added the directories and put in a xray.txt file with the sample contents, and now 'x' works (except it shows cobbelstone which I'd like to remove).
But I have no clue what other text files I need to make the other commands work. Since it wasn't put in with the install I'll need the names of the text files and what they should contain. And I'll need to know the source of usable block names (from the official wiki, or whatever) to add to modify the modes. I'm a newbie at the game but I know my way around directories and such. Please sir, may I have a clue? =)
