Line 2 did indeed keep increasing and line 1 stayed at -0.9999218743284509 for the entirety of the test.
To be honest, the tag of movementSpeed was just what I read that it meant on another site. Seems it's wrong. I just find it easier to read proper words than the original f, f1, f2, f3, f4 and f5 that it had.
Just uploading a short video to show it exactly as I'm seeing it. I'll edit in the link when it's done.

Now he loads fine and I can spawn him in no problems and he follows all of his tasks. It's just that his arms and legs rotate forever in one direction and don't swing back and forth. The setRotationAngles code is basically the same in every thread and video I've found. I'm clearly blind to my mistake here; could anyone please help me out?
That's what happens when you use planet minecraft, skydaz and minecraftdl... there are probably more. I stick to mods either here or Curse and that problem vanishes.
Edit: Just checking if it's 1.6.4... it's not. Damn!

New suggestion
I seem to recall that Better World Gen 4 for 1.6.4 allowed you to select what biomes are in your world, including Vanilla biomes. Just deselect everything but the cold biomes and you should be golden.
Yeah, that could be a cool idea, although you could adduist it so you have to throw a stick in there if you're lazy, or maybe you could throw a sapling (Any sapling) in there in order for the portal to be activated (E.G. throw one item on a list in order for it to be activated).
True enough, but if an individual wants to do that in a personal pack, then let them. I can't see a released modpack getting away with something so lame though.
Apologies if suggested before; I couldn't see any.
Currently building a modpack and lore/progression-wise it would be ideal if I could config the ID of the item needed to be thrown in the pool to activate the portal.
Mine throws you on a small survival-like island. The vast majority of biomes are within a ~1200 block radius apart from jungle, mesa and mega taiga. I appreciate that; I want to have to adventure a bit to get absolutely everything.
Of extra note, there's a mushroom island less than 1000 blocks away with a stronghold under it.
I think when forge comes out for 1.8 and I can rebuild my modpack I'll definitely give it a go.
Wow, I'm massively impressed with where this is going! Amazing work. BWG was always a must-have mod until I found ATG... I'm glad to see what seems to be you taking this to be leaps and bounds ahead of that.

this.Arm_Left_Top.rotateAngleX = (float) Math.cos(time * 0.2F + valuePI) * 0.6F * movementSpeed;
In-game it changed nothing I'm afraid.

Edit: Confirmed; that works.

I clearly did, how else would I have responded? I was literally looking at the jar download as I typed that reply.
