I think being able to get obsidian in the nether might be nice, But I'd rather have the obsidian spawn in chests in the nether forts. rather than adding new blocks.
Being able to get diamonds in the nether?....No.
I think stuff has to be exclusive to each dimension.

That's a nice idea penguin,and Crazy,Diamonds in the nether are kind of unfitting my friend,I've played minecraft not as long as you,but I've been on the forums,and have done a lot of thigns and I know for a fact- people want things to help them survive in the nether,things that would give more of an addition to the nether,rather than things you can get in the overworld,diamonds and redstone are a No-no,redstone just seems usless in the nether,and obsidian,rather fits well,actually,though I dont seem how it would be formed,considering no water in the nether : / so thumbs up to crazy,this is his first suggestion,hes an old friend of mine,but this is a pretty nice idea,crazy I never knew you were so good at writing,guess thats what happens when you cant have different colors of font and stuff like that on the lego universe forums/the game! xD good times....
I came into minecraft in 1.1,I gathered some wood and crap and I was to scared to stay outside at night,si I took some refuge in a small little area of water,with some grass over it,and I built a cobblestone wall,I pretty much hid out in the night,and then I made an actual house (more of a shack) on top of a mountain,the first time I slayed a monster I felt empowered,I went from scared of the nighttime and not even going out,to waiting for the nightime to come so i could pwn some monsters and get levels so I could enchant stuff
I don't understand the string to feather thing works. From what I have seen there are plenty of chickens in the world, not to mention the fact that you can breed them by using Wheat or by throwing their eggs. It just seems a bit odd to me, like crafting Gunpowder from Coal or something because you don't like killing Creepers.
Well,I just thought it'd be a little easier,becasue I have a small animal pen,and I cant risk expanding it,feathers are things that seem like something you'd be able to make from string,sense they're string-like (as in feathers could be taken apart and they'd be string like) it just kinda seems to me string could be crafted into feathers,when I try to breed chickens all the animals in my pen charge me and after you breed the chickens,and you have one extra,you have to wait for the baby to grow up,then you have to breed it again,seems a little to long of a process to me,ropes though,would in fact be a good idea,they could act like ladders and vines but wouldn't have to be placed up against a block to climb,I guess,I dont get getting gunpowder from coal either,but string seems like something you could arrage in the shape of a feather,so I thought,string could be a good way to make feathers,plus redstone string,ropes and feathers,would be a good way to get rid of all that string some of us may have....
I'd prefer mammoths over elephants, all things considered

Mammoths,would be interesting but elephants sound more up-to-date in minecraft,if there is ever a minecraft ice-age mode,maybe mammoths could be put in that as a soucre of cloths,and warmth!

I have a pretty cool minecraft theory thing,that could go along with "Radiation man" he could be infected with radiation,and his face could be half creeper and the hald creeper face could be brownish-tinted as if the default skin was mutating into creeper,I guess he could be a half mutated creeper guy....

Explosive properties:Small explosions that damage the radiation man and you,sense he is half mutated into a creeper these small explosion burst would go on when he got angry,and they wouldn't damage blocks they would cause 2 damage
Description:Once the Invasion (see my Minecraft theory) was over and humans were exposed to the radiation,they started mutating into creepers,most would die,rarley one would half mutate.
Spawn chance:18% in dark...1% in daylight they do not catch fire in the daylight,but are stronger in the daylight by 1%

You get feathers from string,because you could I guess,sew string into a feather-type thing? it just seems to go along,and sorry! I get carried away with the sizes and colors I can use!
