The title of the thread pretty much sums up the query, we're in desperate need of some new leadership to stand next to our current project operator, formerly a developer contracted at Mojang experimenting on resource pack functionality, to aid us in creating a whole new experience to bring Minecraft into it's final game life evolution.
Now we are keeping this quick as we know most of you are busy, so we are looking for a candidate who could meet the following requirements:
Must be 18 Years or Older
Willing to Sign Non-Disclosure Agreement
Past Experience in a management position of official placement.
Advanced understanding of Minecraft

Are the positions paid? Yes and no, only select roles are paid due to the required effort put into them such as development.
This project was started on the premise of rebuilding Minecraft: Java Edition in a way for it to keep up with and compete with Minecraft: Bedrock Edition which seems to be the main cause in the large drops of communities we've seen since the addition of addons allowing you to easily play and use mod like content without modding at all and just loading simple resources and code, so that's what we've done with Java Edition. We can actually add anything we want, in terms of mod-like content into Vanilla Minecraft and even add vehicles, new foods, items, tools, weapons, armor, blocks, ores, biomes, NPCs, custom GUIs & menus plus a powerful NPC AI designed for our games to continuously expand as our NPCs live out there lives and expand their civilisations.
What Are We Doing?
We're hoping to become more than just a network, we want to be a multimedia group doing more than just Minecraft Games which is why we have been planning and working on some new animated series to launch alongside the network as well as give new views into ingame characters. Our games though different are still what everyone knows and love, we have features such as factions, guilds, prisons and all the other classic gamemodes you love all incorporated into different games with new methods and styles of gameplay, this means you can choose to play all of them in your same game or you could even just play a single one if you like, with our games we strive to have no restrictions and an endless pool of decisions and paths for you to take.
It's about giving players a new method and way for survival unlike the standard ones, for example I'm apart of a project that's able to add unlimited amounts of new content without client-side mods and it's incredible what we've been able to do so we've overhauled every vanilla mechanic and aspect and improved upon every aspect of gameplay to open up limitless options for player choice and freedom.
Long story short I'm looking for a new project to help out on as the team on the last one I found out to be quite abusive and harrassive due to misinformation they gained out of context and tried to attack me with as a ploy to make me look bad so I'm looking for a new project to join on and help out.
I'm 21 years old and able to help with almost any aspect of Minecraft servers, I don't need to be paid and quite honestly will turn it down most times. Just looking for a team to be apart of where people are open-minded like myself and not egotistical control freaks. If you've got a project you think could benefit from my help than feel free to let me know below and I'll try come check it out.

Update: Due to personal issue the owner of this project is hoping to pass on this amazing oppurtunity to a new owner who can take on the work load.
