Almost every time I got a new phone, it was because I had to switch services. There was really only one instance that I was actually able to upgrade my phone, although the upgrade was more or less short lived.
With my current plan, I'm able to literally change phones whenever I want. I'll probably only change if I'm due for an upgrade, though.
Currently rocking the HTC EVO 4G LTE with CyanogenMod. Couldn't be happier.
One of the best ways I've found with learning how to code is to just jump into it. Boot up a tutorial on how to get started with programming, and go at it. Learn the syntax, learn how to read flowcharts, learn how to design applications. It won't take all your life, but there's a lot to learn here.
If you want to build desktop applications, the best course of action is to learn C++ or Java. If you want to code mobile apps for Android, most of it is built off of Java if I'm not mistaken. If you're interested in website programming, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and eventually PHP.
In short, I recommend you start off with Python. That's where I started, and that's where I feel most comfortable with. After Python, you can jump into Java or C++ if you're feeling ready for the challenge.
Ever since I started using Forge, I've had issues where loading a saved single player world caused my stats to reset.
I would launch the world, it would load for a second, then I'd be at the main menu. Loading the world a second time would cause me to be placed at spawn with no items or EXP. This doesn't happen all the time, but it happens most of the time.
The only mods I use are MapWriter.
Any ideas?
EDIT: While I'm at it, 80% of the time when I launch the client, there's no sound anywhere.
Consider getting Windows 8. Like Matt said, with specific apps, it will behave almost exactly like Windows 7. Start8 comes to mind, and it's what I personally use.
Razer Mamba? You might want to get a Razer Deathadder instead and save you some cash. Or save even more and switch to a different mouse altogether.
If you want to save some cash, snag a GTX 760 and get rid of the liquid cooler. Liquid cooling is nice, and it's pretty fun to be able to say that only water can cool your rig, but the i5 is already a great chip - you don't need to overclock it to run anything. As for cooling, you can use a stock cooler and do alright. If you MUST have an aftermarket cooler, might I suggest the Hyper 212 Evo.
Besides that, everything looks great! Good luck to you.
It would be cool if you could mark waypoints with custom icons, instead of colours. Perhaps the icons could go into the assets folder, with the player directional arrows. I'd like to be able to mark my waypoints with icons that could represent them. (Villager head for a village, pickaxe for a mine, ect.) This would be a lot nicer than having meaningless colours.

Wish a lot of Chrome extensions were ported over, though.

Until then... I'll mindlessly kill people in MW2.

However, I do have a bit of a suggestion.
