Are You Knew to SMP?: No, far from it. I've been on all kinds of servers and participated in them all.
Time spent playing Minecraft: Since 1.1 offical release: 4-5 hours each day. About 3-4 months.
Are you new to SMP?: Not too much. I get the jist of it, but I haven't had much experience, considering every server had you travel for 6 Minecraft days, die hundreds of times, etc., just to be able to punch a tree.

Scroll to find "Final 1.2.3"
Download that and voila!
Only problem, it's a new .jar, you'll have to reinstall your mods.
Sorry, I installed a world backup plugin last night, and the server ran out of memory whilst backing up.
Anyway, I've removed the plugin. All should be good now.
It still says I am not whitelisted. My IGN is my login information for minecraft after running minecraft.exe right? IGN is Destinedtity. And I am sure the IP is 184.171.251.199:2503, correct? You didn't add Chorazin did you?
You say I am whitelisted, yet the server says I am not white listed.I double checked the IP I put into minecraft and the one on the main post and they matched. What change in IP are you talking about? Or maybe I am terribly confused.

I played on a server for over 12 hours this morning and there was a nice group of people there. Then the mods logged out and the children logged in. I ended up back at spawn with a completely torn down and flooded house with not a single belonging after all that work. I was hoping to find a whitelist server to see if it would change my experience. Thanks much.

Download a program called Digiex Minecraft Launcher.
Once opened, click "Options," then "JAR Downloader."
