• How long have you been playing Minecraft?: Since early 2010, best memory was living in a cave when the Halloween Update came out. • Why do you want to join?: Many of my friends don't have as much free time as me, leading me to being bored. When I started a youtube channel, I hoped that some friends would join me, and they did, but in a strange way. Instead of joining me on youtube, they joined me as guests in videos. This was great, and I loved it, we have our own server, but without people on it when I go on, it just isn't fun. Joining this server wouldn't make me leave my friends, but it would open me to new ones and allow me to expand on new ideas and games. I don't expect to become famous on youtube, but I like to make the videos as a memory, so I can share it with others and look back on what I have done in my lifetime. I really hope that you don't take this all wrong, the core of this, is that I just want to expand on my social and gaming life, but I can't do that with what I have now.
• Why should we accept you?: This might have been answered above, but I will do my best. I would like to be accepted, because I want to make new friends and have a laugh. I also wish to expand on new memories with different content and share my knowledge with others. I just want to experience new this in Minecraft, such as UHC, survival, community goals, ect.
• Tell us a bit about you!:I am a Boy Scout, nearing Eagle with only 4 months before turning 18. I am a senior in highschool, narrowing down what to do for a career. I love Legos, this might be why I also love Minecraft. Since my first Lego set, I have gained over 15,000 pieces. By now, you may know that I am a gamer and youtuber. I like to watch movies, one of my recent favorites is Ender's Game, my favorite book is The Giver, and I love to listen to music whenever I get the chance. I mostly like instrumental, because it allows me to add my own story to the song and create new ideas for building. This year I have started to watch anime, Gundam 00 is at the top of my list. I have the knowledge to create servers for games, and I do this to play with friends, unless the game NEEDS to be public, then we just join a random one and hope for a laugh. I have begun to learn Blender, before I only made pictures, but now I am starting to animate. I make youtube videos as memories and to make others happy, just like most videos make me laugh too. I can't really think of anything else to talk about without going into stories, but I hope you guys understand what I am saying, and not looking at me as a want-to-be, but as a gaming youtuber guy just trying to expand and have fun. This looks to me like a good server, so I figured I would put in an application. • Why should we accept you?: As far as the social aspect goes, I'm not a little kid in terms of maturity. I like to have fun and I work well with a good community of people and feel like I can get along with almost anyone. Skype is my favorite way of communicating with gaming groups like this and I have no problem using it regularly to interact with you guys. I can be on almost daily working on stuff or helping the community out. On the actual playing of Minecraft side, I think that I'm at the very least a decent builder. I can help the community build things like iron golem farms, villager breeders, blaze farms, ect.. I LOVE big build and big community projects. I have an alright understanding of redstone but I can't really make and complicated machines. I'm all for community projects and feel like I excel at gathering resources (mining with a beacon and other high efficiency stuff like that). • Tell us a bit about you! (IRL jobs, hobbies, personality, etc.): I work in a grocery store as a stocker and am overall a pretty chill guy, at least I like to think so lol. Normally I can get along with just about anyone. I also play WoW a god bit, as well as other games. I'm pretty into Dragon Age: Inquisition right now. One day I might start recording on YouTube for the fun of it, but currently have no solid plays. • How did you find this application thread?: Looking through a bunch of posts, this one stands out! You seem to be serious about the server, everything seem to be well thought out. I'm looking for a server with a bunch of cool people to have fun with, and you seem to be the one!
• How long have you been playing Minecraft?: Started playing MC the night 31jan/1feb -14, haven't stopped since I occasionally try different mods, like prison and such, but I prefer plain vanilla survival together with a bunch of nice people! I like to build with redstone, but I'm not good enough to come up with my own builds yet. So getting better at redstone is a goal I have! I also want to get better at building and I love walking around looking at other peoples builds. I'm a complete coward and even in full enchanted dia armor, I still scream and jump off the chair if I run into a mob. I don't think I'll ever get past that...
• Why do you want to join?: I want to have fun! There are so many servers out there, but for some reason they all seem to have their problems. You seem to have a server with good, mature and really dedicated players, not letting anyone in just like that. I like that your acceptance process is longer than many other servers. That shows that you really want to make this server the best possible for all the members. I like that! I have seen good servers go down completely after letting the wrong players in... I also like that you have community builds and different events, that indicates that it's an active server where the players do things together. The word "together" is important to me, because I like to do things together with other players! On some servers people tend to live on their own, 10k blocks from the spawn, doing their own stuff and you never see them. That's the boring kind of "together" On the servers I've been part of, most of them either had one or two people making all the decisions, or like the realm I'm on now - the owner hasn't been seen since the start. You seem to work out everything together, where everyone get's to say what they think. That's great!
• Why should we accept you?: I'm a fun, active player who will spend a lot of time on the server. I'm online about 8-10 hours a day when I'm not working. If you want an active player you can trust, who will work both on own projects and community builds, then I'm the one I am a true helper, both IRL and online I like to help people however I can, whenever I can. Making other people happy makes me happy!
• Tell us a bit about you! (IRL jobs, hobbies, personality, etc.): I work part time at the moment. Live home with my parents again which is both a pain and a relief. Dads cooking... No privacy I am studying to become a master of science in engineering (I think it translates to...) but have taken a break for a year now. Luckily we have three dogs, which forces me to take breaks from the computer every now and then.

How long have you been playing Minecraft?: I bought the game for myself for my birthday June 8, 2012. I'd been watching it for about 5 months and just couldn't decide if I wanted to give it a try. At the time I'd be playing a lot of Counter Strike: Source and occasionally Garry's mod, but once I switched, I pretty much played minecraft non-stop.
Why do you want to join?: The server I've been playing on recently announced it would be closing and I've been off playing Feed the Beast. I don't like single player because it lacks the social aspect. Which leads me to...
Why should we accept you?: I'm a very community driven player. I love working on community projects and the social aspect of multiplayer. I'm the type of player who would come up with a "payment" to trade for something even if there wasn't something I needed.
Tell us a bit about you! (IRL jobs, hobbies, personality, etc.): I run the phones and office at a small business. Mainly I answer the phones, however I also do a lot of the problem solving and customer relations. Occasionally I do stocking or work in the shop (factory). In general I'm sitting at a desk and usually I have reddit open.. Other hobbies outside minecraft.. I like rpgs and occasionally I play Magic the Gathering (usually sealed events). My wife and I are pretty boring.. mostly we watch tv and hang out at home.

That could be quite interesting, but I don't know if java or Minecraft in general supports it.
That's what I was thinking. It just annoys me that I cant play in fullscreen if I want to be able to to something on my other screen with my cursor being trapped in Minecraft.
Is it possible to add a borderless fullscreen (borderless window) option into OptiFine for the game? That would be super useful for anyone using multiple monitors.

Yes, applications are still open. However, we aren't just accepting anyone who applies. You will really have to impress us with your application and really convince us that you should be a part of our server. We aren't just looking for more players, we're looking for awesome people with great applications that we can be good friends with for a long time. That being said, if you want to post another more detailed application, that would be awesome! Look on the player list and at some of their applications. Some perfect examples are Jenterbs, KreAtor (OakleyREDMATTER), and Telectrified.
