How much experience do you have with playing Tekkit? I have used almost all the mods in tekkit for as long as they have been around, but tekkit I have used only 3-4 months, but the individual mods I know like the back of my hand.
Would you be able to join a voice chat with us? TS and Skype Are there any suggestions you'd like to make? Plugins, build ideas, adjustments to this thread etc.) not at the moment, but since I Have a lot of experience from being a server owner and admin of a few others, I probably can give my 2 cents about pluggins and stuff when i get to know the server.

I am not a experienced Lua coder..
My problem is that I can not seem to make a counter for each of the colors in a bundle with an easy way to check status of the count on each wire.
Can anyone of you good people give me a bump in the right direction?

The theme, I want to be Star Wars/sci-fi/futuristic, but the server will be sporting a number of worlds, so there could be many variations inside the main theme.
Think tatooine - spacestation - naboo - citadel(from mass effect)and so on..
I got:
-A server, good for 10-20 ppl at the moment (will be upgraded as necessary)
-knowledge about the basics in Bukkit and Bukkit modloader
-A distinct vision and feel for how I would like the server to be.
-Knowledge of most of the renowned sci-fi universes out there.
-a deep love for Star Wars.
I Need:
-a few mature ADMINS with great visions, creativity and the b***s to be admins.
-Builders who know how to build EPIC structures, WITHIN the theme.
-SUGGESTIONS to mods/pluggins/texture packs, that fit with the theme.
-Suggestions of types of worlds/scenes that could be built.
-All the input I could possibly get.
RedPower,BuildCraft,IndustrialCraft(IC2)and kaevator`s mods will be MANDATORY!

Please, read all of this. It's pretty short (as most ideas go), but worth it for the most part.
I have recently heard that Notch will not be adding any more Redstone components (Redstuff Wiki), so a mod for more Redstone components would be pretty cool. This (to me) would be a GOLD MINE (heh heh) to Redstone. It would change the way that Redstone is designed (for those of you who don't like change, you can just build the old fashioned way) even be in Mod Spotlight! Ok, here are the ideas:
More Craftable Logic Units
The RS NOR: Not a NOR, an RS NOR. The kind I used for my combonation lock were big. I finished it fine, but it would have gone a LOT faster if they were one block units. Anyway, I think that if you apply power once, it turns on. A second time would deativate the device (more of a T-Flip Flop), and everyone is happy.
The Pulse Generator: Everyone loves a good Pulse Generator sometimes. You could adjust It's speed by right clicking it (something like the repeater), and you could turn it on by applying power to the back of it, all the other sides would be for sending the pulse.
Redstone Add-Ons
Redstone Separator: You could craft one of these, place it on a wire (facing the way you want the wire to go), and place a wire next to it. It would seperate one wire from the other, while being able to pass a current through two ways.
Restone Passthrough: Mainly for decoration, but some practical use too. You craft one, and place it on a wire. It goes in the space that the wire is in, and other wires (and anything else) can go on top of the Passthrough as well. So it's kind of like placing a wire on top of a wire. Useful, wouldn't it be?
I will make pictures (eventually) so you can get an idea of what they should be like. Or just go with what you would like them to be.
