Character biography, (must be at least 1 paragraph):
Joey Muir was born in Denver, the son of a Legion Decanus and a slave woman that later escaped with Joey after he was born. He was raised by his mom in the scrapyard camps up in the rooftops, learning various things from the guards and scrappers, mostly how to shoot, barter, tame, dismantle, blow up, and survive. He almost enjoyed his life. Just a little.
At 15, the Legion moved in on the camp, and his father, now a Centurion, captured him and then snuck him away down south, unknowingly straight into a NCR recon patrol that took him back towards the NCR city of Reno, arriving at 19. There, his luck prevailed, and he struck it rich in the casinos. He brought a small house, and lived a comfortable life there until he was 21. Right then, the taxes rose, and he was forced to kill NCR troops that forced him out of his home. Townsfolk came to investigate, and soon he killed the curious citizens. Then, the NCR came and he was forced to surrender, being forced out east, walking and barely surviving until he made it to Arizona, his final destination.

I think someone sixteen years old would know that even if we DID force them to help us with BUILDING, it would'nt be illegal, but if your serious go report us to the government!

You are doing illegal things on this server, and you need to stop. i can report this server no problem, and i dont care if i cant ever get on again. You better hope your server stays up. The only way to keep me fro reporting it, is to write an apoligy, let me bqck on the server, and let those poor people get back to their homes again.
Its updating, so its fragile and only trusted users can be on.

Hey do u still have to whitelist if your already playing? because for some reason, all my other servers will let me be on, but not this one. or is it just updating, so nobody can be on?
I think something like an EVE online server or something close would be cool. People can man ships and work for the factions, and we can use autocratft...it;d work.

Personality: Quiet, intelligent, but a bit rude and laid-back.
Background: He was born in texas to a former BoS Paladin and a doctor/mechanic, moving to Arizona with a caravan that his parents were working with. He had a pretty good life, shooting monsters and learning skills from his parents. Then the moon pieces fell, and his family hid in a vault, (which one, he couldn't remember,) like their ancestors did many years ago. When the falling stopped, the caravan walked out of the vault, and was promptly massacred by tribals. John, 18 years old at the time, grabbed his dad's and ripper, his mother's medkit, some food, and ran, hiding in the mountains and traveling with some former legionnaires to Nevada. It took him three years to find the remains of vegas, with only the things he brought with him. It's time to rock the wastes.
Mysty will be gone for two to three weeks. She is going on a trip. I, (Pyro) will NOT be RPing as her character, or RP as another, temporary character. I'm getting busy with work. If anyone asks, please tell them this.
