Why do you wish to join this server? : This server look like a very good server, and i'm very exited for the no crazy PvP rule because i've had servers that dot care if you go crazy and even in my own house i'll get killed. plus this server looks like it has a lot of good qualities, which is something i look for very intently when looking for a server.
Past minecraft/server experience?: i have been playing minecraft since VERY early beta, and have always been good at it and absolutely LOVED the game since then. plus I've been told i'm very creative, (not in a creepy way cx) and use that to my advantage when building.

Your character's story so far: He was born a year or two after the conduit exploded, his dad, a former guard for the companies, raising him in the basement of an old Private Military Contractor's outpost. He was taught how to survive and thrive by his father in the destroyed city, though sometimes by not-so-acceptable means. He grew into a cunning, sarcastic teenager, living off of the city by scavenging, mostly. Sometimes, he would go out to the settlements outside the city with his father, stealing valuables and selling them off to the many needy for relatively cheap. He has a good heart, but has a twisted view of the world. He achieved his first kill against a raider when he was 16, the group attacking his home for no more reason than pure, utter fun, him, his dad, and their visiting friend fighting off the siege. His life was pretty easy, relative to the rest of the waste, though there were tough time that they always got out of. When he turned 17, his father wandered into a radiation zone and mutated, coming home and almost killing Joey. Joey hesitated, but eventually killed his dad. After that, he took everything and set off into the wasteland, wanting to forget his life, walking, fighting, killing, drinking it all away. Though, at 20, he met an old man, a rare sight in the wastes, that kept him from drinking his liver off, and suicide by raider. He eventually regained control of himself, and now tries to keep to himself, just surviving.

For the first part of his life, he followed in his father's footsteps, learning how to smith, some fighting, and a bit of smoothtalking from his mother. He learned, he lived, he laughed, it was all fun and games. Life seemed perfect.....Almost. Sometimes, his father would drink and beat him and his mother, but they learned when to avoid him and when to be near him. They learned.
Eventually, though, the drinking got too much. When Trensk turned 18, his father went to full-time alcoholic, letting his son take over the forge. One day, Trensk returned home and found his father beating his mother. Trensk had enough. With one powerful lunge, and a powerful war cry, he punched his dad straight in the jaw. A fight ensued, lasting half the night until the guards caught wind and caught them. With his life thoroughly FUBAR, he left the city, taking only some money and food with him. Trensk then went for the capitol, surviving barely by begging for food. But, by meeting a certain person, he resorted to crime. Theft, extortion, bribery, those were the adrenalin days for him. He learned how to shoot a bow, to sneak around, to talk to people better, it was fun. Then, on an assignment out of the city, he met his father again. His father, with a dark roar, attacked him, and within a minute, was dead by Trensk's hand. Knowing he was screwed, he sold off all his items and fled for Solterkardi, his only safe haven.
