To whomever who reads this application, and most obviously Voltue himself,
Considering he did not post any template, and that you forgot to change the "Voltue" part - safe to say this was copied and pasted and at worst plagiarized.
I have run servers before, just not public ones. I do also know quite a bit about command blocks and have spent a lot of time researching and developing these last couple days.
Again, a public server that has means for a player base is a lot different than something private where you only need to attend to your needs. Anyways, just wanted to voice out my thoughts on this.
I created a new survival server a couple days ago and have learned a lot since then, now I'm making a new one and want a few builders to make a nice spawn area. This will be a survival server so once spawn is setup most builders will become players with the exception of some who will be moderators to ban hackers. Also, please no portals or anything that will let players jump ahead in the game.
server address: willserver64.mooo.com:8192
Unless you've spent the last 'couple of days' full on researching and developing your server, I don't think you can learn a lot in a few days to completely make a change on your view of server development. It's something that takes months to gain experience and knowledge, and even then its still challenging to make a successful server that actually has a playerbase.
Coding Experience: Java, JS, HTML, C++ (Learning HTML and C++)
Why you should be chosen: I'm a hardworking individual, and I can rarely be seen not working on a valid task. I work well with others, and I can help other staff members work well with eachother, and myself. I am friendly, trustworthy, and dependable, and you can count on me to get any job done as soon as possible.
Couple of things about the application above.
His 'Coding experience' is a lie. People who list tons of languages usually lie about most of them, in this case he lied about all of them.
I am actually the developer behind Honour, he just did the art for it. I'll probably remove him off of the plugin page now so he can't abuse it anymore.
Aren't all IP's custom..? And even if you meant that you picked the name out, that doesn't make it 'custom' or any better than anyone else's because everyone buys their own domain name and there can only be one of it.
Though if you're trying to make a claim saying your server is better than all the other servers here that use their IP address or a sub domain, I guess that your right in the sense you spent $10-$15 in buying it.

Sorry if that came off in a more demeaning way,
I was simply suggesting that maybe you should add more to the main post, like what the server is about, and other things alike.

Try adding more than just the ip?

Try mcmarkets.org if this isn't working out for you. Just my suggestion.

* How to install plugins
- Read the plugin page for any useful information you might need to know
- Download the jar and upload it to your plugins folder
- Reload or restart the server
* How to configure plugins
- Read the plugin page for how to configure it.
- Find the config file in the plugin directory, and then just do as the page says for your needs.
- Reload the configuration file or server if no command is provided

Try requesting this on bukkit's request forum.
https://bukkit.org/forums/plugin-requests.96/
There you might actually get a response, most people here aren't developers.

Seems a little odd that you have the hosts applying for the 'job', especially because you didn't offer any payment.
If anything, it should be you applying for them.

I think you meant a YAML file. Text files have no significance in plugin configuration.
Other than that, thanks for trying to inform people about the difference
