I don't really know why, but I often like to help out. In which, I do a lot of volunteering in my mean time, so I am used to helping out on a daily basis. Also, I feel like this server could use more help, starting with adding me to the team.
What would you do if you saw a hacker?
First of all, I would record it (I use Bandicam for recording), and then recheck the recording only if it looked sketchy, just to decipher whether they were hacking or not. I would ban them based on the rules set by the server.
What would you do if a player was spamming in chat?
If I saw a person spamming in the chat, firstly, I would warn them verbally. By that time, if they do not follow my requests, I will warn them, and after that, I will mute them based on the servers regulations.
What do you know about Factions
I know a lot about factions, I used to play back in the day, on Archon, and such others. I know a lot of the Factions Plus commands, and I even owned a couple factions servers, with my own factions core.

Yes I do fully understand what being a manager means. In my words, being a manager is any individual that manages any group or task, in this case it is this server, SolorGaming. A manager helps the economy grow in any certain way. A manager is in charge of what happens to the server. And overall, what will happen to the server in the future.

Yes I have been a manager on servers before. Making it why I want to apply for this position.

My experience with being Manager is a vast one per-say, I have been from managing staff, to managing plugins, managing what cash flows in and out, and such. To move onto a wider aspect, I have had experience even with Moderating / Administering a server aswell.
